The service is very poor. In July 2025 I requested a bin replacement with reference number 8006774526 till today I haven't received a Bin and no feedback. No one is willing to assist me via email, David Mahlangu, Cynthia Mphahlele and Rakgadi Baloyi are just ignoring the emails that was sent to them numerous times. Is this the kind of service we pay for?
The service is bad and I don’t even get hold of you. I spoke to your agent Gugu and promised to send me my statement and I never received any of those, I explained her that there was errors on my contract when I bought my car with Wesbank and she promised to check if I qualify for any discounts and she never calls me after that. I don’t even receive communication regarding my balance, all you know is call if my payment is late. My number is 0682114663
December 2021 I bought a car CASH at AUTO UNIQUE, fast forward in march 2025 The sheriff came with the court order to repossess the car saying it still belongs to the bank, WesBank! Only to be told that the ownership was done *****ulently. I stayed without a car for few weeks and no car rental was given to me while the matter was resolved, I had to deal with the trauma of not having a car and the emotional damage and the humiliation it caused in my neighbourhood, When I check the previous service papers I found that the kilometres were higher but sold to me at the lower kilometres. As an authorised dealership they should know that to sell a car that still owes the bank is ******* and ********* and also altering a vehicle odometer to show lower milage than the actual distance driven is ***** as well. This car was just a *****ULENT CAR! Above all The customer service I got from AUTO UNIQUE was pathetic, I’ve been dealing with Bradley Beukes the owner of AUTO UNIQUE , they failed to meet customer exceptions by selling me unsafe and bad quality goods, service quality, response time and overall customer service was poor. I had to do follow ups calls everyday and sometimes they wouldn’t always answer my calls, Till this date I have not receive a formal apology from them after this whole situation. They refunded me only R130K which is not even the Trade or Market value of the car after I paid R230K for the car! The amount was never even discussed with me first which was ***** and unfair on me. I got ****med by AUTO UNIQUE and I’m severely disappointed in this dealership and I will not recommend AUTO UNIQUE to anyone!
Ocean Basket StoneRigde, the service is PATHETIC the waitress doesn’t listen attentively we order fried fish then she brings grilled:( had to take it back and when the fried came it’s OFF are you guys using old food or what? I’ll never go there ever again and I’ll definitely tell people how the food is there
I spoke to Anelisa today she was so rude and ended up dropping the call. I need a manager to call me ASAP. I will take this further if this is how you treat your customers this will end TODAY.
@CityofJoburgZA I have been having a request for over 2months now regarding my statement. I can’t log in to see my statement and when I register it says I have an account already, but I don’t know my username or password? How do you expect me to pay my account? I need this sorted ASAP. Reference 87432815. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. It’s been over a month that I’m waiting for my money to be back into my account, every time I call they say it will be sorted, I’m taking this matter to the Ombudsman of Banking as I’m sick and tired of your terrible service I even spoke to LINDIWE the team leader but it seems like she’s also don’t know what she’s doing. It was an error that I couldn’t withdraw the money. I need my money back ASAP!...I spoke to Thembi she says the manager LINDIWE will come back at 1pm I haven’t heard anything from her. Someone needs to lose their job if they can’t do it properly. As per the banking act regulations I have the right to get my money back if I did not withdraw it. Wesbank charged me and approve unnecessary extras to the value of R110000.00 which came stardard with the car! I will stop paying for the car till this is fixed OR I will surrender the car if only you put me on the same financial position and iam reimbursed for my trade in which was unlawfully obtained in the deal by Wesbank and BMW melrose Arch!
