I received a call from a call center lady and she advised me to switch to Nedbank. I did as she offered me good benefits. I switched my salary as well. I went to Burgersfort branch to confirm if I was indeed switched. I wasn't assisted at all. On my pay day I can't access my salary nor pay bills. I have been on the phone with pathetic call center agents who didn't assist me also. I couldn't even use my card at the atm because the pin that was offered to me is incorrect. Now my debit orders have bounced and I'm charged for something that's not even my fault. Stay away from Nedbank. Employees are pathetic as well as the service.
Stop sending me messages. I have settled my account. I talked to your customer service employee yesterday but it seems like it was a fruitless task. I don't want anything to rain.
I bought a wris****ch online in September 2022. The leather is slowly peeling off and it's not nice. I returned it to Phuthaditjhaba branch but they refused to take it be as they say that the warranty is 6 months However that is not what the warranty certificate says. I contacted the online shopping department but they were just as useless. The watch is poor quality however it's a little over 6 months and the leather falling apart. I have wasted my money on the purchase and the staff members were dismissive and disinterested. I'm disappointed because I'm stuck with a product that I can't use anymore.

I received my specs a little over a month ago however one of my lense is loose and also the *****s. I'm very disheartened by this. I don't understand what could've this. I hardly even use this pair as I have 2 set of specs. The quality is so poor it's unbelievable. I'm disappointed.
I was at foshini store this morning to redeem a voucher that was offered to me. The manager refused to assist me as I wanted to make a purchase with the voucher. Her reason was that I used the voucher before though I have made refund, one voucher cannot be redeemed twice. I called the customer care to confirm this however they told me that the manager was not truthful. This is abnoxious and waste of my time and petrol. Kindly train your staff as the lack of knowledge is costing customers. I am very disappointed at the level of service as my voucher is expiring tomorrow.
I am unsatisfied by the fact that customers cannot purchase at one store and refund at another store. It's absurd that now I am stuck with a product that I didn't intend on buying and we should be made aware of these things before we commit into purchases , I am not going back at any Pick n pay store.
I bought whatsapp data which I was unable to utilize. I called the call center but they were unable to assist. They promised to call me back but unfortunately they called back but they called back at past 10pm. Vodacom is a joke and why hire incompetent staff?

I was at legit store in Phuthaditjhaba, Johannah was very kind and helpful. I'm definitely coming back to the store. She treated me as though I was the only customer. Keep up the good work.
