so, I get a call from these ****s telling me about my contract migration lying to me about everything and now no one is willing to help me out, I have to pay some unreasonable subscription on my contract. I don't even know where to contact anymore because even Vodacom itself is unable to sort out my query
I have had very bad experience with this company and I'm enough already, I wrote an email to cancel a month to month contract in September 2024 only to told my cancelation was received in October for them to extra bill my account. And have not received any confirmation of cancelations from them since now in April receiving statement for the month of March and interest, how does that happen no one has answers to why I'm I billed for March with interest without using their service. I paid subscription fee and paid for the month I've used their service knowing I can cancel any time because it's not a fixed contract and I'm not liable for any cancelation fee only to be told by some rude agent that I have to settle my account, donate my hard earned money to them.
So what happened to me was I requested a ride specifically 5km ride only to be charged an extra money and be told my fares were recalculated, when I ask the so called support team by the name of Dolapo he or she is unable to explain to me how and why fares are being recalculated during or on the trip. My driver asked me to show him my app and was busy with my phone for what I don't know and he even mentioned that it's difficult to get a refund when using card payment. Meaning all bolt drivers are aware of the ****ming deals happening on this app and we loosing our hard earned money just like that and this bolt team are not taking us seriously. They know what they do and it's not nice at all. Bolt should be accountable for our lost money on their app.
So I re-opened my rage Acc at Randburg square last month and was not informed about card replacement fees, only to come to a surprise when I was about to use the card that I have to pay R60 for card replacement like who told me about card replacement fee? I will not pay any card replacement fee I was not informed about and the card rather be closed because none of the Rage employees Randburg square and their manager is taking accountability for misinformation. I went there several times with no luck instead they look at me like I'm a mad lady
So this afrihost AirMobile network are ******, they changed me service fee of R50 and I refused to pay for something I didn't use now they blocked my numbers. I am unable to use my phone or my number because this ****** that only allows you to buy airtime or data via bank want to milk me dry. They charged me for bounced debit order that I didn't authenticate on my account so they're double charging me for anything I did not use they want to ***** my money from my bank in the name of service fee and unpaid debit. I wish there was an option of posting their invoice so people can see for themselves what am talking about. AirMobile are ****mers
I was a Justin representative and I ordered few items from them, other items were out of stock and didn't receive them since 2019 I've been enquiring about it and still haven't got my R500 back for the parcel I did not receive
Rustenburg Debonairs Midtown Mall side manager was very rude to me because I complained about my burned pizza, He was was way too useless and not helpful, I didn't get the value of my money and I didn't want to cause a scene
Am so disappointed with this Maphisa and Partners doctors this was not the 1st incident however I thought to myself things will change, well it changed to the worst. R400 for a child referral letter like I could not believe it, and the doctor was soo rude to me for asking why did I pay for her not to even look at what's wrong with my child.I regret and curse the day I thought my family's life is in safe hands with this ****y doctors of Maphisa and Partners(lister building)
