THE PORTAL SAYS THAT I OWE THEM MONEY AND I HAVE PLACED ORDERS IN FEBRUARY WHILE I HAVENT USED MY HAPPY PAY IN 3 MONTHS NOW , PLEASE MAY THIS BE RECTIFIED URGENTKY BECAUSE MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT
GOT YHE WORST SERVICE EVER AND THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDERS I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND ORDER TAKES 5 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE I AJ AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I HAVE BEEN SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE FROM FAST MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED TWICE AND ALL THANKS TO THEM I WONT BE HAVE A PLACE TO STAY BECAUSE THAT WAS MY RENT AND GROCERY MONEY THAT THEY DOUBLE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT
On the 26th of November I logged a complaint regarding funds that were double debited from my account and I haven’t received any updates regarding this my complaint Ref is 89503995
Money is being deducted off my account while I didn’t take any policy with clientele I cannot even reverse the debit order
On the 25th of November I sent my grandmother R1200 to her account and it never reflected on her side and the money was not reversed back to my account. I HAVE BEEN CALLING SEVERAL TIMES FOR HELP but no one is attending to this. I even have a reference number :89323043 I REALLY NEED THIS MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT !!!
I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY ONLINE PURCASE !!!! I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT LONGER FOR MY ORDERS AND THIS THE SECOND TIME HAVING TO CALL OR TRACK HOW FAR MY ORDER IS. I WONT EVER PURCHASE ON HIFI CORP.
I am not getting any response from my student adviser and I resubmitted my second assessment and my marks were based on the first one that I submitted.
I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MTN. GOT BILLED FOR A SIM PACKAGE THAT I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AND NOW MY BILL IS TOO HIGH. I NEED THIS TO BE FIXED URGENTYL!!!!!!
