Poor Customer Service Bought a second hand vehicle there on 3 March 2025 on 27 March 2025 I informed them car suspension has unusual sounds coming from there and other issues. I was told to take car to Nissan East rand where they say car was checked before being put on sale. Nissan Eastrand confirmed all the issues I was facing a gave me a quote to give to them. After that I have been ignored. A week ago I asked for the 125 point check copy only to find out all the issues I was facing were known and on that document which was done 13 December 2024. Salesperson **** to my face when I went to collect vehicle and said everything was fine, no issues picked when the car was checked. I believed him because I thought a reputable brand like Hyundai wouldn't dare do such to a customer. Lesson learnt all these dealerships are the same.

After my accident Rhulani Khoza has been keeping consistent communication and providing updates on my claim till my car was sent for repairs. Thank you and keep up the good work.
I would like to recognize Cajees Cycles Boksburg for the help they gave me over the past weekend. I was riding from Johannesburg to Boksburg, just before Eastrand Mall i had a tire puncture, and wasn't carrying any patching kit for the wheel. They repaired the wheel for me at no cost to continue my ride.
I just recently relocated and want to transfer to one of their branches which is closer to where i live now, however i'm being told i need to pay R500 transfer fees which i find ridiculous since they owe me R1000 for the 5 lockdown months were they were deducting. I asked them to take R500 from money owed but they refused, telling they will reimburse of my 5 months after my contract ends in November 2021
