Untrustworthy and Unprofessional
I ordered a phone, 10 days ago and i still have not received it. The track my order says no street number found. my delivery is at an office park. You cannot miss it. It simply means the person did not pitch and said there was not street number. No one called me to verify or notify me that the order will arrive on the day. it is a very disappointing situation, i am thinking of cancelling the order.

Scammers,fraudsters, and inconsiderate entity.
Bolokanani offers the worst service and they are crooks, i applied for my cash back claim since October the 15th, its now a month and i have not received it. I spoke directly to Nitash who is the claims consultant there, she bluntly told me the claim is processed and now she is not taking my calls. FNB are Crooks, Scammers and fraudsters. Professionalism is out of the way.
FNB Debited more than they should have, they told me my refund will be in my account in 48 hours, this was on monday morning. it is now wednesday, i still have not received my money and i am missing my debit orders because of this. My credit score is affected. i have had the worse service with FNB. They are well trained crooks, the menlyn branch is the worst of them all, the housing department is defrauding people of their hard earned cash, I am bitterly angry. I want my money.

FNB charges a rip off
Unpaid Items, i swiped my Credit Card at the toll gate, for 5 items now i am being charged R105.00 for a R15.00 transactions, this ridiculous, someone has to explain this ratio to me, otherwise i am moving my account elsewhere. These Charges are unacceptable, you are ripping us off. I need this to be explained and corrected.

FNB & Takealot are Lazy,Incompetent and Unprofessional
I ordered a card 8 days ago and i have not received the card as i am writing this review, FNB & Take alot are the worst service providers. Lazy,Incompetent and unprofessional are the words to describe them. How can i wait for over 10 days for a card, whereas i am an existing client. It is sickening to receive this kind of service when you are paying.

The worst developers i have ever encountered. Their service is the poorest of them all.
Everything in their houses is cheap and it breaks. I wonder which inspector approved the houses in Orchards ext 51. They promised an enclosed area, we are still waiting for the wall. The worst developers i have ever encountered. Their service is the poorest of them all.

Crooks
Unauthorised debit orders are going off my account, i call the call center to reverse it and they tell me it can only be done the next day, i have authorised debit orders that will bounce because FNB allowed unauthorised debit orders, and they want to charge me for reversing that debit order. Crooks
