The owners of this resort are very rude and should not be in the hospitality industry. I just read other reviews on this site of them being defensive and I too experienced this.......There are plenty of other resorts in Magaliesburg to visit with far better hospitality.......I will never return to this resort......
I am at my wits end with Radiokop Animal clinic at this stage....... My cat has undergone a procedure with a vet who I believe has now left the practice. My cats blood sample was sent to Onderstepoort after lock down and I was told that I would receive a call on average of 6 weeks with results, and also be told once my cats certificate arrives. Due to the vet no longer being at the practice, I was told to deal with the manager of the vet. I spoke to the manager and she told me that she would follow up with Onderstepoort to see how things were progressing and would get back to me. A couple of days later she still had not contacted me, so I called the vet to chat to her to see if there was any feed back. She had 'her hands full' and was not able to take my call. I left a message and she did not bother calling me back. Up until today I have not heard from her. It has become very apparent to me that Radiokop Animal Clinic is ONLY interested in taking their customers money, and has no interest in offering a proper service to their clients, I have paid a fortune to your practice to get a service done, and all I do is try to get answers that never seem to come. All Radiokop Animal clinic cares about is taking money from their clients and cannot offer a proper service....... I sent a letter of complaint to the owner who did call me back....he explained that they cannot answer for Onderstepoort as to how long I will wait which I fully understand.....the issue I have is that my calls are not returned when I leave messages, and when I do try to call to chat to somebody, they are not available. From a very unhappy and fed up client.....
I was very excited when I got a message on whatsap telling me to link up to a Dominos pizza website which I did......This website was offering 2 free pizzas for forwarding the message I received to a couple of friends. I went onto the website and found that I had a couple of problems on it.....I called the head office of Dominos to enquire........I was told to email the customer care team which I did......A couple of days went passed and nobody bothered getting back to me regarding my email....I sent it once again and once again I got no response from Dominos....I called again and spoke to a woman who told me the website was a scam...... It would have been nice for Dominos to reward me for letting them know about this scam website however they were not graetful that I alerted them to this.... I am very disappointed with Dominos and would have expected a bit better from them, however I was clearly wrong..... It would have been nice for them to give me the 2 free pizzas for alerting them....however this did not happen
I wanted a nice lunch out with my mum to celebrate Spring day, and the sale of my home, so we decided to go to Home of the Chicken Pie. I have been going there for many years and thought a lunch out with my mum yesterday would be a good day out. My mum is a pensioner, and on ordering our meals my mum asked the waitress how much a side plate of chips is. The waitress told my mum that it was R 28 so my mum placed the order and I also ordered my meal. After ordering the waitress comes back to tell us that the prices had recently gone up, and a side plate of chips is now R 35. I ordered a Jelapino chicken pie. My pie arrived, and it did not have one single jelapino in it. It was not even spicy. I called the waitress who started argueing with me that the pie was in fact a jelapino chicken pie. She then took my plate away, and then returned my same plate telling me that it is a jelapino pie even though it did not have a single jelapino in it and was not spicy. To top this up, the pastry of the pie was not properly cooked. On the menu it showed that a beer was R 26. When we got the bill, we were not charged that, however were charged more for the beers. We paid according to what the price was on the menu. The waitress took away the bill, then came back to us a couple of minutes later to tell us that the owner told her to tell us that we may never return. I have never been treated so badly. The waitress gave false information regarding the price of the chips, this was then followed by my meal which was not what I ordered, and being told that I have to eat it or leave it, then wrong price on the bill, and then a message from the waitress by the owner that we can never return again. There was no customer service from the waitress or owner. The food is really over priced. From my personal experience, I would not recommend for anybody to decide to go there for a meal
My third time on hello Peter regarding Discovery. I wrote a post regarding my tax certificate last week, and can you believe that nobody has bothered to contact me. They sent me a message saying they are investigating the message and nothing there after. My biggest advice to anybody is to not go near Discovery. Rather find a medical aid that will offer you customer service at least..... My complaint once again is that I have been waiting for a tax certificate for a while now. Discovery lied to me telling me that they are sending them out according to surname. I share the same surname with my mum, she got hers over a week ago and here I still sit. Discovery will be quick to take your premiums every month, however when it comes to something you need (a legal document may I add) they will lie to you as to why you have not received it, and not bother to help you. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DISCOVERY...........THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!! Do I need to take matters further to obtain my latest tax certificate?????????????????
This is the second time I am putting a post on hello peter regarding Discovery. Another lie yet again from them..... I put a post on a while back regarding how you will wait to get a tax certificate from Discovery. They called me regarding the post, I was told that they are going to start sending out tax certificates from the middle of the week, however I would probably have to wait due to my surname beginning with an O, and they do it in alphabetical order. I have still not received my tax certificate, however my mum who also has the same surname as me which begins with an O has received hers. Yet another lie from Discovery. They will pretend to care however will tell you lies. I have been with them for years, never claimed yet they cannot deliver on a tax certificate, and lie to customers due to them not knowing what is going on. So all in all, MORE LIES FROM DISCOVERY...........
I called Discovery on Friday to ask them for my tax certificate. The lady who took my call told me that they were not ready, I asked her when they would be ready and she did not know. She did not offer to find out for me and come back to me. I had to ask her whether she would find out for me and get back to me. She said she would. I had to ask her when she would and she said by the end of the day. I asked her to please get back to me by latest 12pm, as it was early morning I was calling her. She told me that she would get back to me by 12 pm, however did not bother to call me back. Up until today I have still not heard from her. I find it disgusting that I pay my premiums every month which Discovery takes without fail, I have been with them for a number of years now and have never claimed. They take my money however when I call with a simple query, I get false promises, and don't get the call back with my answer to a simple question. Every year Discovery is the last to complete their tax certificates. I never have problems with other companies I need tax certificates from, however Discovery is always the slowest to complete them. What a disappointment Discovery.........
I called to ask for a tax certificate in order to do my tax return. I specifically asked for it to be emailed to me showing all payments I made from 1 March 2018 to end February 2019. The document that was sent to me did not show this information that I requested. The same person I spoke to called me back the next day, not to ask whether I received the information I required but to apologise for not trying to sell me funeral cover or household cover. I told him I was not interested in this. He then proceeded with saying good bye. I had to interrupt him before he put the phone down on me to let him know that the information he sent me was not correct. I once again told him what I needed and he once again emailed me the incorrect information. I'm very disappointed in this as its unusual for Outsurance as I have been with them for years and they are usually on the ball, but doesn't seem like its the case anymore. I still sit with the incorrect document which has been emailed to me twice. What is going on Outsurance??????????
Trinity Village Postnet offers bad service to their customers. I have a post box with them which I have had for years. I went in there on Friday to get a couple of photocopies done, and there was no service. The people behind the counter saw me waiting there, and there was not even a sorry for my wait, or they did not even acknowledge me. After about 10 minutes of waiting I walked out. I don't recommend Trinity Village Postnet to anybody who is looking for good service.
Bad Service at MacDonalds Retail Crossing I arrived there to purchase a meal. The lady serving me could not answer questions I had regarding ingredients in the meal I was ordering. My meal arrived before I got my change. She had no change for me so I had to wait to get my change while my food sat on the top getting cold. On receiving my meal I should have had a double patty in my burger however there was only one patty. I asked the cleaner to ask the manager to come to see me which he did, however the manager did not bother to come to see me even though I have asked for this. I eventually ate the meal with one patty even though I should have had 2. I went to the counter after to ask for the owners number, I was told I cant get the owners number, but got the branch managers number instead. I gave him a call. He told me he would investigate and come back to me, however has not bothered to. The service and food was shocking. One works hard for their money and then you get bad service and an incorrect food order, and there is nobody to turn to who actually cares to solve the problem. I have asked the branch manager for the owners details as well, and he once again is ignoring me. I tried to go onto the rate me service, however it stops in its tracks when you put in the reg number of the store. What a shocking experience. I would not suggest for anybody to go there to eat, as you will get bad service and incorrect food orders, and when you try to complain, nobody will care.
