Dear Skynet Worldwide Express, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the extremely poor service I received from one of your courier representatives, Nkanyiso Bhengu. He was tasked with delivering my vehicle license disc, but instead of a professional and courteous interaction, I was met with rudeness and outright disrespect. Nkanyiso was unprofessional, dismissive, and laughed at me while I was speaking to him over the phone on my personal line. He continuously interrupted me and showed no regard for basic customer service or respectful communication. As a paying customer, I expected a simple, respectful delivery experience. Instead, I was made to feel disrespected and ridiculed. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s reputation. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure the necessary customer service training is implemented to prevent this from happening to others in the future. EFI Furniture Removals provided one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. Despite making payments and agreeing to a delivery date, my furniture wasn’t delivered as promised. This has caused me major inconvenience and additional expenses. I am not treated fairly by this company. To make matters worse, when their team did show up, they came without the necessary protective materials like wrapping, boxes, or bubble wrap. This is basic stuff for a removal service! The lack of care for my belongings is unacceptable, and now I’m worried about potential damage. Avoid this company if you value your time and possessions.
I had sent two emails to the Live Easy Steve Biko Management to report my vehicle being damaged in the premises, and there is a camera located at the parking. I was informed that the camera it is not working properly and that they're not able to back date to check the incident. This means tenants cars can be damaged or ****** in the premises.

I have been in a relationship with Absa for more than 7 years and paid off my first car. Due to the economy, it affect my account for my second car and been trying to get Absa to correct my arrears and amend a few details with my vehicle account with no luck. Once you in arrears, they will fail to assist you but rather harass you with their rude unprofessional agents. The agent I spoke today was really uninterested and rude.
Kudos to the massage the******s at Fleur De Lis Spa @The Royal Hotel, special mention @Philisiwe and of course the Management at the Spa for the Complimentary treatment for myself and my partner. Thank you very much for this special treatment, it was amazing and highly appreciated especially for us all the way from Johannesburg. I would recommend the Fleur De Lis Spa and we will definitely do it again!
My car have been write off on the 12th of October 2023. Tried getting in contact with nedbank insurance from the 13th id October 2023 with no luck until their consultant transferred me to the Direct Independent Brokers on the 23rd of October who also transferred me to the Nedbank insurance Vehicle Debt Protector and I was assisted Amogelang Matlala, where I sent all the relevant claim documents on the 24th October 2023 and again as per her request on the 2nd of November 2023. I have been following up on the claim with no luck. Nedbank Insurance is not treating me fairly and failing to attend to my claim for almost 3 months now.
Miway insurance has been a great insurer for the past 5 years since I have been their client. I need to also give a shout out to their retention agent Katleho Raleino's customer service, great service and I am impressed that she went an extra mile trying to get hold of me, reviewed my premiums and I am a happy client today.

I have just spoke to a rude consultant from CarTrack who goes by the name Nomaxabiso Zani. I am a new client with two cars insured and if this is the treatment I will receive I will cancel these contracts. The consultant had the nerve of telling me that she doesn't have time to answer my questions, she needs to continue with her work. This is unacceptable!!
