I lodged a claim towards month end of February, till this date they are still waiting for usage data from Telkom. Why do we have to wait a whole month for a single document.
Worst experience ever received. I had a car accident on 01/01/2024 logged the claim same day. The insurance assessor took 3 week to state the car was a write off. They asked for additional documents i gave them the same week and 2 week later now the first full week of FEBRUARY when the car hire was expiring they claim they will hire an investigator to investigate the claim. He comes to ask questions and 2 weeks later sends his report back to the insurance on 26 Feb. Now i call the consultant and claims the claim is pending her manager as they received whats has been holding the claim back and will feedback latest Wednesday. On Wednesday they tranfer me to another consultant who says she will feedback on Thursday. On Thursday they give me a new consultant who claims the claim is under investigation. The consultant who was handling the claim has now left the company so they say.Everyday the is something new about this claim and two months has lapsed with no means of transportation. This insurance lacks transparency.

Telkom and their insurance are the worst. Their insurance says they have been waiting for a usage report for the whole week. What's difficult from sending a report. When I call telkom or even go to the stores they dont know anything about this usage report. Next week they will deduct their monthly bill whereas they cant resolve simple matters.

I ordered a 5G rain Sim on the 3rd and it's the 10th and it's still saying on the page qued for delivery. Now contact support won't return any of my mail. The is not even an option to cancel this order🙄😒
Bought an MTN Sim only contract only to find out that it only works on selected routers. Each router costs more than R2000 cash and since last week I have been trying to cancel this contract but all they do is give you a reference number and nothing happens. I can't get hold of a consultant in the contract department and email are ignored.
