Their telephone lines aren't answered and I need my order changed from collection to delivery if they can't then refund me!

They don't wanna refund my delivery fee for an undelivered order, the lady who makes calls is a bully and she treats people like trash. She dropped the call on me. Refund my delivery fee or I will go to the ombudsman.

Their online facility is not user-friendly as compared to other E-commerce companies. I placed an order on the 29th of June, and there hasn't been any update on the status of the order, and their call center agents are very rude.
I placed an order on Saturday, and it was canceled on Monday because their Key West store sold the console to a walk-in customer. Why don't they separate the in-store stock from the online stock?
The call center agent was so rude and unhelpful when I called earlier using +27 10 012 3233, she kept on interrupting me. And also, the website is misleading. The statement "Orders not paid for within 2 hours may be canceled unless arranged with us in advance" is not true, as I called to reserve stock and wasn't assisted.
They wanna ruin my valentine's day. Their driver called only once and I was in a meeting they didn't call again and when I tried calling the number it went to Voice Mail. Please urgently advise on my order?
They have decided to suspend my services without a valid reason now I lost over 7K in profit due to this.
