How pathetic is it when you go to your website and want to book a seat downstairs on the Dreamliner coach which used to be the business class and are told that you can book and pay but you are not guaranteed the seat that you want downstairs - PATHETIC & USELESS - what a way to chase customers away. Then when you phone to get help you are told that if you book and pay & are put on an upstairs seat you can't cancel & get a refund because you are not happy - what a joke!!
WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!! Explain to me how it is that every month I pay early & I am treated like a piece of trash by Rentoza? These pathetic emails I am harassed with are now getting me seriously angry. I will get my lawyer involved and I will sue you for falsely accusing me, threatening me without cause & defamation. Whoever needs to start doing their jobs better start because the system you guys are using is broken and you are treating loyal customers like they are worthless trash.

Could you please create negative stars for this company :( I am taking over an account from these guys & I can't begin to tell you the endless pathetic hassle's they have had to endure. I mean just to shut down the account - over 2 months - to archive websites, make domains transferrable & the normal things you do when shutting down an account. They were emailed asking to close the account last year - they were billed for January & still Jasper knows nothing about what is going on - PATHETIC!!! From what I can see they know nothing about modern SEO principals or digital marketing including the ongoing process of off page SEO that contributes greatly to your Ranking. SEO is not a static thing bound by code in the back end of a website - NO - it is a living, breathing thing that requires a synergy of all your platforms working together, from the design level - to the online marketing strategies. Anyway - THEY ARE USELESS - THERE FEES ARE OTHERWORLDLY - especially for what they actually do - NOTHING!!!

So it pains me to do this - dont even know if there will be anything to come out of this but here goes - I have been with RAIN for a long time & have always highly recommended them as an internet service provider - The speed was always good & I had no problems but for the last month or so my internet speed is basically - well - there is no speed to speak of. I have reported the matter to support - they kindly said they would escalate the issue to networks as I was not satisfied with the answer or non answer I was given by email support. I am on the 24/7 package with up to 10mbs - and it was working fine - until recently - 30 days ago or so. I have now sent over 8 emails with screen shots of my RAIN Speed Test and still I get no response - I work online and this is effecting my work and my money is directly linked to my work output & how quickly I can get it done. I dont know what more to do as there is no contact number only email - VERY DISAPPOINTED - this is not how you treat clients at all :(
So you have a problem with delivery of a digital product download after you pay for it - the pay portle - Payloadz - gives you the run around - so you cpmplain to the provider - Function Loops - & this is the reponse you get - hi there, first of all dont need to talk like this, second - you can take your business elsewhere, if you like. in the contact form , before you submit any email to us - there is clearly stated "We will respond in up to 3 business days" (for a digital service - really) anyway, i see now there was some issue between Paylodz and Paypal , Paypal lately has some issues they dont talk about. This already happened few days ago. I dont even see your transaction in the cart system, only on Paypal , which is damn weird. anyway, here is a new link! No apologie or we will look onto it - nothing - you get spoken to like you are the one at fault - I am gob smacked by this response - WOW
My email to Teljoy about the bad service I received.... So let me get this straight yesterday I had passed all checks including credit and was approved, I have the emails and sms to prove it. Today I am told I dont qualify after over 3 months of waiting just because I tell you yesterday that you must phone my landlord to confirm where I stay. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received and I will be taking this further just because I dont agree with how you handled this situation. You can keep the application, I will take my business elsewhere as I have no problems with my credit rating I have checked it. But in order to make sure people know about this shocking service you gave me I will not leave it there.
