Elouise McBride was truly amazing in my cancellation process. She tried to get me a cheaper premium and ensured that I stay informed throughout the process. I would actually reconsider going back to Momentum Insure because of her!
I hate it when businesses fail to communicate with you once you've made a purchase. The fact that i bought goods on the 24th of May and i still haven't received them. On top of that i have to follow up, i was told about a delay on the 29th and i followed up on the 6th (i was told the goods would be arriving the next Monday, 9th of June) No feedback given that week. I sent yet another mail on the 17th and i'm being told that there's a possibility that it might get delivered on Thursday. Why advertise something that's not available? and why should i constantly follow up on something i've already paid for?
Can someone from Wesbank get back to me about a settlement quote. I sent a request on Saturday, 29 March 2025 and it's now the 3rd of April and i'm still waiting. Reference: 833325 No back and forth please, just email me the settlement quote.
I have requested a settlement quote 2 times and still haven't received it!!! Ref 1 - 802875 Ref 2 - 806715 And i just found out that my account is under debt review when it was supposed to be removed in 2021!!!
I have being paying a set amount to Multichoice for over a year and today i was told that i've been making short payments and now i have an outstanding balance. I've never been told that i needed to increase my amount and now that the amount has accumulated my services have been disconnected. What upsets me the most is that both Nokwazi and Simamkele keep telling me about a system. Had i been told earlier i would've adjusted accordingly but the fact that it was delayed and now i'm expected to pay the accumulated amount is unreasonable.
They are all good and well until your personal items go missing. These items can easily be replaced but the denial of the items existence is whats messed up....Oh yeah, Thanks Presha!

I wish i could give half a star!!That's how much i hate that stupid Engen1 app!!!It's been how many months now, no resolution. No accountability. Being taken from pillar to post. Something that was meant to be a convenience turned into the most inconvenient resource.
Had a minor collision in December and the person who called me was so kind. Stayed on the call with me until i calmed down. The claims process thereafter was so easy via the app. Thank you for not adding to the trauma.
I put money on the Engen App and regularly pay with it. On September the 11th i noticed multiple transactions from "Figment Design" (transactions for over R6000) debited from my account. I immediately called the bank to report the fraud and upon investigation i was called today to be told that these are transactions from the Engen Top Up function on the App. I have never approved any debits/ scheduled any payments to the App, why would you debit my account? My biggest issue is i still use it and currently have funds that i can't take out and stop using this company!!
