This Company has been around for years and has got WORSE AND WORSE. Do not use them. How they can even think of opening a bank when they cannot even run their company properly is beyond me. Phone the call centre, hold on for ages, then get a useless unhelpful person who just wants you off the line. Send an email. No reply, or a copy and paste. Bottom line. they do not care about their customers. No STARS, Rating of Minus 100
I have always had a good experience with Momentum Insure. they are now taking care of a feature called Safe Dayz and it is not working properly. I have tried to get an answer from early December 2022 all through to now February 2023. The call centre phones to say they are working on it. now 28th Feb 2023, no result. Why is every Sunday, when I stay at home, not recorded as a safe day. SOFTWARE FAILURE!!! I am so very disappointed in them. they go from Hero to 5 percent in my book.
We are a hiking club. we have gone onto business banking because we deem it necessary to have more than one signatory. We do business banking on the internet. When we have a change in committee, we have to change the names of the people on the account. We have had an absolute runaround from Nedbank, where each person has a different story, and it seems that there are three different people that we have to interact with. On Friday, we spent 3 hours in a branch, trying to get one new person put on an a few taken offf. this morning another person tells me that we wasted our time and She could do it all on line. We are dealing with a behemoth. We just want to be able to bank easily and quickly.

The Pot and Kettle is charming. Food is plain hearty and good. Staff are most obliging. view is wonderful. we had a christmas lunch there and it was all we could have hoped for.
Momentum multiply has an add on called multiply money. Be aware that although it is called a "savings account", when once you put money in there, you cannot withdraw. Only by spending it with their credit card, or transferring money to your healthsaver can you decrease the money in there. Very disappointing for a so called financial product. and very low percentage on the savings balance
We have been eating at this restaurant in the Midlands of KZN for years and years. they always deliver delicious food with a big smile.
I live just over the road from Circus Circus on the beachfront at Durban. the food is delicious and varied. the staff are very helpful. We can sit in the sun and toast our toes, or, if it is too hot, great umbrellas. and a wonderful view of the sea.
We live in a retirement hotel opposite Spar and Tops north Beach. they are always very obliging and pleasant. they have a good range of products and are prepared to deliver.
I have had GAP COVER through talksure for many years and they always repay me within a few days of claim. No quibble.
