Couriered my Apple Watch Series 4 in December 2024 they said repairs will only take a day and send it back my screen was broken a day turned into months when I checked with them two weeks later they sis they will send a waybill number for me to collect it that was in January to this day in March 2025 I still don’t have my watch back nor my money back R2200 there’s no communication, my calls are being ignored, I contacted Customer service ombudsman they intervened but even with that they was still no communication form these ****mers until I started writing on their Facebook page that they’re ****mers then they sent WhatsApp message that my watch will be sent to me the following week two weeks later after I still don’t have my watch not heard from them took to their Facebook page again and now they just sent another message to say my watch will be sent to me before Wednesday absolutely disgusted with them I’ll wait to see if they send it then if they do another war will start as I suspect it will not be properly fixed dodging from all the review I just read and by their lack of integrity but I will sort them out should my watch be returned in no working condition 😡
I am so disappointed with Skippers lately in South Beach Durban. Their fish is no longer the same as it was before in terms of sizing, taste and the fries that goes with it, they are so few it’s not even funny whilst the wait is getting even longer. I never used to mind the waiting time as it was worth it previously however it’s no longer the same. I have had numerous disappointing experiences hence I’m now writing here hoping they’ll see and improve. The fish is now expensive but the standard is dropping drastically please do something. I have been the customer back when the large hake was R20. I am not happy at all
Their service is pathetic. I paid them for my deliver it’s been three weeks now still nothing, been calling them timeously calls gets cut sent numerous emails there’s been no response tried reaching out to them in all the media platforms still nothing as it stands I don’t even know what’s happening with my order. Their joke of a whatsapp number you never get a response there I hate dealing with such I don’t know how they still in business.
Worse than pathetic service. I took my sister to Ethekwini hospital she has a terrible fever but the reception we got was nothing short of pathetic. Our nightmare started at the screening room they told us they can’t see her at the hospital as she is over 26 pregnant said she needs to go to her gynaecologist mind you they are a hospital nearby her gynaecologist is a bit far. We sat at the screening room for over an hour negotiating that they see her after putting up a fight they eventually allowed her in. I have lost all faith in this hospital I’m sitting FB in a car waiting for her as I’m writing I doubt she will receive the level of service we paying for in these so called private hospitals. Dot be fooled by the gluts of the building the service is terrible am very disappointed ?
I am so disappointed with the quality of your underwear lately. The underwear bought in the last year has not been of good quality but this one bought just a few days ago takes the cup. I bought it at La Lucia and today was the first time wearing them (the panties) and they torn already after hours of having them on, your undies don’t come cheap for such compromised quality I have overlooked this for sometime but this I can’t. What do I do since I can’t really return panties however can’t be spending so much on panties only to be torn the very first time I put them on, I would appreciate response.
I’m at wits end with frustration right from the onset I’ve never had any joy with this service provider. The internet connection is non existent and trying to contact them is a night mare on its own. At one point I was able to speak to a consular who assure me my issues with the connection will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing ever happened have been with them for three months and I want out. They always debit my account religiously but no service provided I’m basically aping for nothing I want out. Will never recommend them to anyone
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Lieyakinne Morris for an excellent service she provided this morning. I was on a verge of canceling my insurance and was a bit harsh at first because of the frustration caused by KP but she was very kind and understanding and gave me an excellent advise to save my great profile with the company. It was so refreshing to talk to someone like her keep up the good work and I hope you are recognized.
I am gatvol with the ****ty service from Telkom. I had a contract with them which ended last October. I cancelled my contract online as advised by their consultants submitted all relevant documents online even went to their outlet a month later to double check if it was indeed cancelled and was assured it was. I did all this because I've been hearing not so nice things about this company so I did all I could not to be stuck with them but still to this day they are still debiting my account. Whenever they do I either have to go to the bank for a reversal or incur charges (which do not come cheap) with my bank. I am tired they do not care about clients. Obviously all the bad reviews in different platforms fall on deaf ears. I will never have a contract with them ever and will recommend it to anyone. Even when I still had it I coudn't connect (with the wifi) but I paid every single month. I seriously have never come across a comoany that does ot care about clients or it's reputation. Just stop debiting my account I'm sick of paying costly bank charges because of you. And the one star I gave you no that was just so I can be able to proceed and give my review you do not deserve it do not fool yourselves.
