Cannot open app, cannot log in on website, asks for cell no to srnd otp but get nothing, whats your problem
Why can't I play daily lotto on the Ithuba app, being going on for a few days now, I see someone also complained about the problem, but Ithuba says all is working
As I prommised these people, if they didn't call me back or respond to my wattsapps I will post on here, the 3 people that told me to wattsapp them with ny order details and oroof of payment are Nkosi, Tracy and Aprinah(if it's there real names). I ordered some brake pads and got confermation of payment and it said 3 or so working days fir delivery, well it's 4 working days and no word from them, I phoned and promises where made by these people, wattsapps was send but now they ignore any communications from me so my conclusiin is this company is ****mers and *****s who's hands should be chopped of so they will learn not to ***** from innocent people. I am getting legal advice to see if I should open a theft case against them wich I'm sure I will do. Everywhere people are accusing them of being ****mers even on facebook, so please be carefull....
How do I say this?, as you know the interest rates dropped by .25%, according to several banks my home loan of just over R1000000 should drop by about R175, but on my statement at Standard bank it only drops by R79.06, I have been trying to get a answer from Standard bank since Friday to just explain to me why there is a R100 difference, but since now I got answers on everything but my question, please Standard bank enlight me how do I get in touch with someone who can give me an answer, someone who knows what they are doing, because untill now I only got the run around and a number for a Lesley that does not answer the phone, please can someone help me it's not that difficult is it???
I wrote a review a few days ago about buying a handheld chainsaw from Makro and missing a battery, well today I was called and told that the supplier of the chainsaw does not have batteries and I have to return the saw. The problem now is that I will only get my refund between 7 and 14 days.....wow thats not fair, when I ordered the saw it took a few minutes to take my money but they can't refund my money in a shorter time. My advice to Makro is stock what you want to sell and make sure your stock has all the things that is advertised, really not good, I will not do any online shopping from Makro again, not with this service
I bought a hand held chainsaw and recieved it today, when I opened it there was only 1 battery not 2 as advertised, the mashine look good and works fine. I phoned the call centre this morning after I discovered the problem, the agent said he will log a case and they will contact me to advice me, it's now 16:27 and no phone call or email, not very good service.
Really mweb, I tried to contact you to make a change to my product but was cutt of 6 times now, don't you want my bussiness
I had 2 garage cards with Nedbank, 1 for me and 1 for my wife, in April 2020 I settled the 2 cards, my wife's card was closed but mine is still open as every month I get a statement from them that shows that I goy 2cents interest. At the beginning of 2024 I went to a Nedbank branch at the Centurion mall, I think if I talked to the wall I would have recieved better service, all I was told was to call the call centre of the card devision as they could not help me, I think they just didn't want to help me. I called the call centre the next day but yet again no help, I was told by the agent that was supposed to assist me that his supervisor would call me.......well I'm still waiting. So may I ask that someone from this pathetic excuse of a bank's card devision could contact me please, my cell is: 0826776627
My power suddenly went of at about 13:46 today 23 July, I thought it's a area power failure but after about an hour I saw that my neighbour's power was on so I phoned Impact meters and within 15 minutes they where here and switched the power back on after the meter reader switched it of by accident when he closed the box. So thank you very much for your prompt service
So on 11 April I wrote a review of Standard bank home loans, they where quick to answer and ask for the account no, no reaction from them since I send them my account no, only to say they recieved it. A few days after my complaint someone on the original request email answered me by telling me the only way they would give me the 0.50% interest rate cutt was if I opened a transactional account with them.......really, by applying bullying tacktics they want me to open a tjek account with them so I can get a 0.50% cutt in the interest rate. So if I can warn anyone, stay away from these people and their homeloans, all promisess to assist if you hit trouble, but when you do this is what you get.
