MPOWA IS RUNNING A **** I HAVE AN ACTIVE DEBI CHECK ON MY ACCOUNT BUT THE FUNDS WERE NOT CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS ***** ON ANOTHER LEVEL!!! IT’S BEEN 4 DAYA ANS THEY JUST KEEP SENDING MESSAGES FOR ME TO APPROVE THE DEBI CHECK BUT IT IS ACTIVE!!!! I WILL ALSO LOG THIS AS AML AND ESCALATE AS A MONEY LAUNDERING INCIDENT.
Disgusting service from game store Pritchard street JHB. I took my steam iron which is still under warranty to the store because it just stopped working. Danelle from customer service rudely told me she won’t book it in and when I started asking questions she told me she is not a technician and refused to have the technician have a look at the iron. She then called another customer whiles I was still standing at the counter and my issue was not resolved. I asked to speak to the store manager and one of the ladies called and they said the manager (Angie) is coming, after waiting 10 minutes she called again they said the manager has knocked off. I am more than disappointed I am actually disgusted at how people are being treated in this store, how does a manager knock off without attending to a waiting customer? THAT IS TIME NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE BACK TO ME, what annoys me the most is I’m still with a steam iron that is not working and is under warranty!!!

Garbage service from Momentum health, the service agent ( Nokwanda) I spoke to did not even give me a chance to speak (very rude). I had to ask her to speak because she kept repeating the same information and was not answering what I was asking. For some reason my claim process took longer to pay out because the sufficient documents were not sufficient enough however my colleagues claim was paid out without any hassle. As a new mom who's still recovering I had to run around with an infant looking and stamping valid documents I've sent already!!!!!!!!!!! I want either the person in charge of creating this processes to call or email me because this is ************** and PREJUDICE at its best!!!!!! IF NOT HAVE THE CEO CONTACT ME ASAP AND EXPLAIN WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING AT MOMENTUM HEALTH BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
Bonangithule is an example of an excellent customer service agent. Even though I took out my frustration on her each and everyday regarding my claim she never even once gave me attitude instead she remained calm and assisted me with the same helpful energy. For me the claim process was a long, emotionally and physically exhausting excercise. I was close to giving up and just letting go because of the exhaustion but in her calmness and understanding I got the courage to keep trying. She is an amazing human being and I wish God can just bless her abundantly because she deserves it ❤️❤️❤️. Thank you Bonangithule you're star, just keep shinning bright baby girl 💫

Today I went to your store in Southgate and was assisted by a girl named Kamo, my God that girl was so rude not helpful at all. I felt as if I was bugging her in whatever she was doing and I was looking for a product that’s sold in your store. She immediately became defensive when I asked her name and asked “why do you want my name” with attitude. This girl spoiled my day really!!!
I ordered a sim card from rain and it was supposed to be delivered by RAM, on Thursday 29.04.2021 the delivery guy came to my workplace and unfortunately, I had my license instead of my ID the guy left. I then received a call on the 03.05.2021 and the guy I spoke to on the phone told me wants to confirm that I will be available on the 04.05.2021 for them to do the deliver and I said yes. On the 04.05.2021 around 15:00 I called the call center only to be told by Thembi that my parcel has been returned to rain because they tried delivering 3 times only when they tried once. I AM LIVID BECAUSE I HAVE TO AIT AGAIN TO DO THE TRANSACTION AGAIN WITH RAIN, THIS IS A DELAY ON MY END RAM WONT MAKE UP FOR THE TIME LOST. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH RAM I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM BEFORE NOW THIS. SORT OUT YOUR HOUSE YOUR DRIVERS ARE SLEEPING AND NOT FOLLOWING THE CORRECT PROCCESS IN TERMS OF DELIVERY. I ONLY SAW A DELIVERY PERSON ONCE NOT 3 TIMES, NO MISSED CALL, NO MISSED TEXT.
My brother's birthday was ruined by your security or field employees. Just after drinking water his ticket was market because his mask was down!!!! And wasn't even given a chance to explain, just after that a few white boys passed us and there was one boy who didn't have their mask on, the security guy pretended he couldn't see him. Disgusting treatment indeed. PLEASE TREAT YOUR GUESTS EQUALLY AND NOT BY SKIN COULOUR!!!
