Placed order on 7 Oct. Was promised my order will ship on 13 Oct.... Nothing. Then they promise to ship my order on 15 Oct... again nothing. Now they ignore my emails and calls. They just take your money. Stay away. Very unprofessional.
Received my order with missing items. Let them know of the missing items. Supp**** them with photos and told them which items are missing. AND no reply from them since. Ghosting me on emails. Not answering their phone. Essentially paid for items I did not received. Even placed a new order to get the items and now they don;t reply on follow up emails on when I will receive my order. So essentially I paid twice for the same item and received NOTHING. **** company this with no communication.
Requested a return for a product. My option was to receive a replacement item. However, Takealot decided to credit my account. That exact item is still available on takealot to buy. So not sure why you do not replace my order? Oh wait... because now I have to buy the item again, AT A HIGHER price. Sorry it does not work like that. It is clear that your agenda here is only for your own financial gain and you do not care about customers. I request a replacement item and not a credit. Resolve this ASAP.
The worst online shop in SA! will never order from them again. Order should have been delivered yesterday. Received a sms that it would be delivered today - no delivery. I even called them and the guy I spoke to said it will be delivered. Absolute lies! ****mers!
Absolute useless with my last claim. Pet claims usually pay out within 48 hours. We are sitting at 120 hours. They claim it's an IT issue.. so I ask you why is it taking IT DAYS to resolve this? Are you using a broken system? How difficult is it to pick up a calculator, look at my policy and calculate my claim and pay it out? Or does our employees not have basic math? I logged the claim again and then you cancel it. Why don't you cancel the previous one that apparently has an IT issue and continue with my new claim??? Don't you think of solutions!
After more than 5 business days, ABSA is still unable to provide me with a bond offer. What is worst is that I actually work through a bond broker and we should be getting feedback even quicker. I would think that the fact that I've been a client with ABSA for years and that my current bond is with ABSA, they would be eager to get an offer out to me, but clearly not. Well ABSA, you have until tomorrow to give me an offer before I accept an offer from a different bank, and with that I'm taking my bank account too.
You want to increase my home insurance by 42% year on year! I sent an email on 27 September to revise and still no feedback. Absolute pathetic. My policy is set to renew after this month. If I do not receive feedback before the end of this week, I'm finding myself new insurers.
The service post installation of my solar system is practically non existent. I've been trying to get my registration documents forever! I paid an extremely expensive fee for them to do the registration. 4 months later and I still do not have my registration documents. Absolutely pathetic! I also only get feedback on my emails when I send follow up emails or if I cc the entire company into the email.
Absa probably has the worst service and home insurance. We have a solar geyser. During sunny days we obviously have warm water due to the sun. During cold days, the geyser takes up to 3 hours (and longer) to heat up the water (surely this is not normal). Also, our geyser is 10 years old. We contacted Absa to have a look. A plumber came out to look at they geyser and the plumber said they can not put in a claim since the geyser is 1) not leaking and 2) warming up (even if it takes 3 hours). I contacted the person who handles my claim, Refilwe Kgomongwe, multiple times to explain our situation, but he never comes back to us. WORST SERVICE. Lastly: the geyser is 10 years old where the average lifespan of a geyser is 5 to 6 years. I have warned Absa that the geyser is not heating properly and is old and is probably about to go soon. Just know Absa, if that geyser burst, there will be a lot more damage that YOU will have to cover. I rest my case. WORST INSURANCE PROVIDER!
Been contacting Discovery for the past two weeks about an issue with my Vitality Drive goals on my app. Nothing has been done! It is not showing my drive goal progress. Today I did not even receive my playboard even though I did achieved my weekly goal. Pathetic service! No feedback from them! I'm done with Discovery!
