I have used TCG extensively for over 4 years for all my parcels, both business and personal. Their track record has shown that they can handle sensitive parts, computers and much more beyond mere documents. Now, my spouse and I wanted to share very special news to my father and decided to commemorate it with a special bottle of whiskey and handwritten letter. I also explicitly asked the driver to ensure it is marked as "fragile" to which he rep**** in the affirmative - the package was also marked containing liquids. Two days later I get sent an email from TCG sending me a photo of a broken bottle in the package, with the contents being wet from the whiskey. My heart sank. No refund will repair the harm this has caused. After years of trusting you, this is the rude awakening I get? You lost a loyal supporter.
Sitting with a leaking pool. Registered my claim a week ago with zero feedback other than confirmation my claim was registered. Lekker premiums, horrible service, if any.
I've been a returning customer on multiple instances and can honestly say the only thing that has changed in the meantime is the development of their quality of service, items and everything else. From accurate stock count display along with professional and neat packaging, these folks are honestly making it a pleasure and comfort purchasing these items. I have frequented similar stores in the past, and no experience comes close to the one these folks provide. Visited their shop also, very professional, clean and beautiful. You can't go wrong!
Ordering items on Same day delivery, with a "guaranteed same day delivery", only to hear at the following day "Sorry for the miscommunication". Their service delivery is gone with the wind.

Very very bad business practice. Ordered a product shown to be in stock, paid for it via Ozow, no feedback from the business regarding anything other than an invoice. Emails weren't responded to until I got Ozow involved in this. Got an email from Mr Esterhuizen back stating that the product needs to be ordered and I will wait approximately almost 35 days at the minimum. This was not shared on any of the product pages nor on any t's and c's on the website. If this has been the case I wouldn't have ordered from them. I've requested a refund from the company and also from Ozow, will wait who responds first. I'm keen to support small businesses, but not in this fashion.
Logged cable fault on Tuesday with the ISP, ISP got Openserve tech to come out on Thursday. Tech concluded a cable in the area is damaged. Cable team sent out. Cut a few leaves around the box and then left again. Has our problem been resolved? No. Are we assured everything will be sorted? No. Are we paying for a service without receiving said service? Yes!
Ordered product (5G) still waiting for delivery after a week. Support has promised for a tracking number yet none was given. Now as it is the 31st, my debit order will go through tomorrow. I will therefore be debited R2000 without having access to a RAIN device.
