I sent many many repeated emails to Nedbank to which I received no response- of course.... Now today get told an extemely low interest (fixed deposit) rate product has locked in my money again for another 2 years when I was told it would go into my 32 day notice account on maturing. There was no message sent alerting me of this, and upon phoning today on receiving SMS saying "thank you for opening Electronic Fixed Deposit", they say that even though I'm phoning same day they cant change it and I must pay R2000 as an early withdrawal fee on the now new fund my money was put into.
THE WORST ADMIN INTENSIVE COMPANY TO TRY DO ***ANY*** BUSINESS WITH, AND MAKE MISTAKES ON *EVERY* INTERACTION WITH THEM! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY PRODUCT WITH ALLAN GRAY. It seems like young staff are appointed to run the floor and do not know the systems/products in place. I have encountered this lack of experience in every one of my dealings with them. And, their processes are absolutely tedious, time-consuming, and unnecessary (changing debit orders, 30 pages needed filled in, restrictive formats; hours to get anything changed on accounts/reviewed etc).

Laptop bought on black Friday special. Inspiron 15. Screen rim cracked, within the "warranty" period, which you cannot claim anything under. There is no repair or on site place for inspection or repair nor anyone they refer you to after extremely lengthy calls with bots and 'technicians'.

***** HAPPENING ON MY ACCOUNT AND ALL I GET IS AUTOMATED RESPONSES. getforsports.com and myzenjardin.com have signed me up as a membership and are deducting from my account every few days. Cannot get a human response from Discovery bank on my credit card. Disgusting poor service. Not easily accessible. REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I have already sent through all the proofs of transactions and cancellations yet the memberships are still deducting as they continue to move out the cancellation date on these **** sites
refuse to refund a subscription i didnt ask for.
Terrible turnaround time to get shares/trading done through Standard Bank. Turn around time on their automated email says 24-48 hours response (working hours) from their Call Centre. I have waited approximately 2 weeks between every email or call had with their 'service' team. I would definitely not recommend their work.
Following a sponsored advert on my Facebook feed - and clicked on the product I was interested in and they took the money off my account for the product and shipping in dollars, before adding shipping details of my location - only to find out they do not deliver to South Africa........ SCAM :( Would not give a refund, even after immediately emailing the support team.
