I bought a couch at Fourways crossing on Sunday, the 24th of May, then on Monday, I received a call saying the couch would be delivered on Wednesday. I took a day off work to make sure I was home for the delivery. Nothing came, I didn’t even get a phone call to apologize I am writing this review on a Friday and I still haven't received anything. I am not getting any communication from anyone and it's frustrating. The call center agents from Rochester are all rude and not helpful. Rochester cost me money as I took a day off to make sure i was home for the delivery. I was then informed that the driver took the wrong couch, then if that was the case, why wasn't my delivery prioritized the following day. I have had it and I want my money back.
I've had a student loan with Nedbank for just over 5 years now, last year we changed the debit order account details and the person who took over the loan missed a few payments. I acknowledged this and asked for a way forward which I thought was resolved. Today I got a phone call from someone (Samashan Subramoney) from Nedbank who was extremely rude (I don't care what the situation is, I am still a client and deserve to be spoken to with respect) When I asked to deal with the person I initially have been dealing with this Samashan Subramoney person told me off. I finally got an email from the person I have been dealing with (Gwen Mashaba) and instead of trying to understand the situation, she sent a threatening email. and when I tried talking to her about it, no apology was issued. I honestly do NOT care if I owe millions to Nedbank, no one has the right to speak to clients the way these 2 people have. The fact that 2 people from Nedbank has shown me this means this is how the bank deals with clients, it's a bad reflection and I will NOT take it. I request to deal with someone else regarding my matter and not those 2 people. Thanks
I had signed a year lease with Real Choices Property and owner Katleho Maboya, I put in my notice to move out when my lease ends and now the owner is refusing to give me my deposit back. I'm tired of fighting her. I need my deposit back. I honoured the lease, she should do the same on her end.
Hi there. On Monday 4th November I took a contract with MTN. Here’s the number in question 0605678937. And in less than 5 days, the data I had received is done (30gigs). I’m not home during the day so it doesn’t make sense for this. When I questioned MTN they say they don’t know what’s happening so I need to know what’s happening. And if this is how quick your data depletes then I’d like to cancel this contract. It hasn’t even been 7 days since I took it. MTN Northgate says they don’t know the cancellation policy which is absurd to me. And they’re also taking their sweet time to send me an optimized bill. I've been waiting to get help from MTN Northgate and they're now ignoring me which is frustrating.
On Wednesday I got a call from FNB, after business hours, at 6:23PM to be exact. The person on the other line demanded my ID number to verify my card, I refused because the call was after hours and I've been a victim of fraud before. I explained to him that there must be a better way to verify me and he told me he was going to block my card. They blocked my card. I spent an hour on the phone (my own airtime) being transferred from one department to the next with no success, this was on Thursday. It's Friday today and I've spent another hour trying to get this sorted. I cannot access my money. FNB has caused the biggest inconvenience and they're are refusing to call me. I've been promised call back with NOTHING. I am sick of this now.
ON Wednesday at 6;25PM, I received a call from FNB, the guy on the line was very rude, he demanded my ID number to verify my account. When I tried to explain to him that I wouldn't give it to him because he called me after business hours and couldn't trust it was really FNB, he then said he was blocking my card (without my permission). This morning my card was blocked, I've spent an hour trying to sort it out, FNB refuses to help. This is a huge inconvenience as I need MY money.
