Supersonic + Metrofibre is a match made in hell. Stay away from either one. I reported 3 weeks ago that my fibre line drops every 15 minutes and I have to switch off the stupid black box and wait 5-10 minutes for the connection to be back. It's never done this since 2020/2021. Up to Today I am still waiting for a technician to come or someone to run tests. I have tickets with both Metrofibre and Supersonic. I have done followups and all I ever got was "Sorry, I was on leave". I had paid Supersonic, since I was magically now in arrears after they switched billing systems. Only Today someone calls to try and do tests. I am fed up with both Supersonic and Metrofibre. I am ripping their stupid cables from my property Today.

Cell C has been debiting my account for several months now. I do not have an account with them. I have never had one. Now I don't intend ever having one with them. I have reported it to Cell C several months ago. I have sent in the affidavit from SAPS, along with my ID copy, ages ago. They have not done anything about it. Instead, they have the audacity to call me and tell me I am in arrears.
The Post Office in Sunninghill is the most-horrible I have ever come across. I was first in line to certify a single page. I waited a whole hour and I was still not assisted when I left. I complained and nothing was done about it. There were about 8 different people in the back and only 2 were attending to people. I am traumatised. The service is pure garbage

Home-Connect re-instated a debited order I disputed from FNB in April. The stupid debit order was stopped, and it mysteriously came back. Those big ****s FNB, let them do it without my permission. I can't disput it again, according to FNB (Stupid bank altogether)
I took my car in for a sound that was coming from the front. It turns out when I depress the clutch, the sound goes away. On idle, the sound comes is constant. I took it to Bosch Service Centre in Paulshof (5 Witkoppen Road, next to Barnyard Theatre). They said they will diagnose it and call me. They called me and told me I need to change the whole clutch kit (clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing). I said they can go ahead, since it's their findings. They installed a new clutch kit. They test drove the car and found what they had diagnosed was incorrect. They said they will still charge me for the new clutch kit (R5200), but they have not fixed the sound coming in at all. They acknowledge that. They say they can't return the clutch to their supplier (but it's their fault). Now my speedometer glass is cracked. It was definitely not cracked before repairs. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM BOSCH SERVICE CENTRE PAULSHOF (or any Bosch service centre). It seems that's how they operate. Rather pay an extra R1000 or R2000 at your dealership for repairs/service. This was my worst experience with any service centre. Worse than Car Care Clinic.
The Northcliff Branch in Fairlands, Randburg is the worst service center I have ever heard of. Since January I am waiting for my refund. They failed to fix my speedometer. They did recalibration twice and it did not work, but they charged me over R1000 for it. They have even requested my banking details
The worst f--king service provider, maybe worst company even. I have been waiting for my refund since April. They assign Sales and Accounts tickets to a tech-****-ian (Tokyo) and all they can say is they are busy investigating. It has been 4 months and I have not received my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS S--T provider or you will forever regret it after they take your money
I applied for credit at Incredible Connection Clearwater for a dev laptop and they assured me they had one instore. I proceeded with the application and waited more than a week to get my laptop. I reached out to Incredible Vonnection amd told them tk cancel the application since they did not give me the laptop. They (Mr Fisher) assured me it was cancelled. I decided to buy one cash. I thought the matter was resolved, regardless of the bad customer service. Next thing I get an SMS saying I owe Connect Financial Solutions more than R4000. This has been going on for montha and months now and Incredible Connevtion still hasn't fixed it. Surely it is affecting my credit record. The SMS's and automated calls ha e rendered my phkne number almost useless now. They call about 10 times a day with thsir automated calls. I have reported to the ceedit ombudsman and I still get calls
