I have told you countless times to remove all my contact details from your database, yet you keep violating the popi act by sending me harrassing sms'. Cease and desist, before I splash your name all over social media, giving out an email address so others like me, can get you fined and maybe even closed down.
Wanted to sign up, but was told I needed to pay R740, before I needed it. I logged a ticket last week, still waiting for someone to contact me. Get Whatsapp today, "you have not finished your order" requested to speak to an agent. TWO hours later, I get a response, to which I answered back in a couple of minutes. Another hour goes by, send a message, "you obviously do not need new business", get reply back, "you have not rep****, this chat is now closed". If this is the way you treat prospective new clients, how do you treat your existing clients? Useless customer service.
I have sent you two emails telling you that you are violating the POPI Act by contacting me without my permission and you have not heeded my warning. One more garrassing sms from you and I will take it to the NCR and the POPI Act complaints
We traded in our Hyundai i10 with Hyundai Pmb in 2024 and bought a demo vehicle from them as well. You now contact us to tell us that the 5 year maintenance warranty on the new vehicle is comming to and end and want us to sign up for a new one. We informed your "customer services" of this and that we want those details removed from your system, but they want information of the vehicle, which we NO LONGER have and they were told to contact Hyundai Pmb. Now we get another email talking about a "conversation you had" with my wife, yesterday 13th January,NO ONE spoke to her, as she is in a building with no signal, which I also explained in the email and they were to contact me, I also did not speak to anyone. Now my wife gets an email asking for ALL the same details, including her bank details, now why do you want her bank details when we were not paying you in the first place, as the warranty came automatically with the purchase of the vehicle. You will NOT get ANY bank details from my wife and I said in my email, contact HYUNDAI PMB, for all the details of trade in etc. You are now bordering on harras*****t because you want another sale, but unfortunately for you, I know who to contact in this regard, so I would advise that you cease and desist.
I have warned you plenty of times to remove my contact details from your database, which you continually say that you have, yet I still receive sms' from you saying that I have been approved for some package or another. This is now harras*****t and can be charged as such through SAPS. I will also be submitting all of my emails telling you to remove me, so they can also take you to task.
I do not know where you got my contact details from and I do not care. You have been instructed, several times to remove my contact details from your database, but you still contact me. I have reported you once and I will again. Have fun being sworn at via email.
After MANY requests and "promises" by MTN to remove all of my contact details from their data base, they continue to harrass me. Bunch of idiots who could not organise a **** up in a brewery.
You are in violation of the POPI Act by sending me sms' to join your company. If you do not stop I will report you.
Absolutely ******* service from this company. First time Temu used them to deliver my parcel, they **** about there being no one at the delivery address, and took it back to the depot for the weekend. This time, they "misdirected" to two different depots, over 1000kms away from where we live. Total disrespect for their customers. DO NOT use them.
Once again, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Reported my line being down at 10:04, received ticket number, but still, at 13:32 not one person has contacted me to assist with this problem. The app is useless, as it does not work when you are data only
