Early August 2023 brought me my new (used) long awaited VW Caddy. After being assured by the salesman that an after market installation of electric windows was no problem I am left with a very bad taste in mouth. 4 months down the line & painful arthritic elbows from winding windows and still no light at the end of the tunnel!!!!! I wish I'd never taken delivery until promises were kept.
I bought chairs through Hyperli recently. When I discovered most of the chairs were damaged, Hyper staff bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Thanx Hyperli
When my 36 month contract came to term, 2 agents visited me and we all agreed I could be on a month to month basis from October 2022. Now I want to move my business and I can only resign in July2023 to terminate my "contact" at the end of September 2023. Also, my original contract stated “Supply 2 x Yealink W52 Cordless Phone FREE ON A 36 MONTH TERM” and now they want the phones back! Oh yes, I'm leaving because of terrible service.
I noticed my airtime and data disappearing in July and nobody at MTN is able to help me fix it or get to the bottom of it. Every person I have spoken to has passed me onto someone else so I have now spoken to upwards of 20 different people and am no closer to fixing the problem. I know this is a problem as I have read multiple similar reviews on HelloPeter. I am also unable to speak to anyone from the fraud department. Could MTN be scamming it's customers? Seems likely
I bought an Xtrail two and a half years ago. In January this year I took my car to the dealership I bought it from to help me turn on the alarm. After leaving it with them it came to our attention that Nissans don't actually have alarms - despite me asking the salesman about it at the time of the purchase. It is unacceptable that in Crime-ridden South Africa no Nissans have alarms. Had I known this at the time of my purchase I would not have bought it. The dealership has offered to pay half of the cost of fitting an alarm, which will void my warranty. The leather on the driver's seat is also cracking after a mere 25 000 km and although they have offered to send it in to an upholsterer to re-pad the seat it's not going to solve the problem of the damaged leather. It feels like they are only interested in offering quick fix ineffective "solutions" to hush me and to get rid of me. Things seem to bounce between head office and the dealership without terribly much progress. This has been frustrating to no end.
The service has been so **** poor that I wish I could cancel the deal. They feed me BS and don't seem to get anything done. It's been the worst purchase experience of my life.
I have been trying to get my deposit back because I have sold my house. It is near impossible to get to talk to someone – They don’t answer the phone or if you leave a message to call you back it gets ignored .When I do eventually get through to someone I get transferred between the departments continuously and nobody can give me correct information. Not only are the staff members incompetent, but they are rude too, and unwilling to help in any sort of way.
I purchased a printer online. It is impossible to get an Invoice from Makro. Neither the print, e-mail nor write a review buttons on the website work. I've e-mailed 3 times and only get an automated response that my mail has been received.
