207660222271 order due on 27 January 2025. There is no waybill created as yet. When I asked the staff at Sasolburg where order should have been delivered they said I might only receive it next week. This is the worst service ever.
I ordered food and there was items missing from my order. I logged a querry and they did not even answer or reply. Was holding on the line for almost 10 minutes when I tried calling regarding the issue. Poor service.
They have a special box in the vegetable section showing price as R39.99 there were potatoes 7kg in the box. Whe we got to the till it scans as R72.99. They refuse to give it as price advertised on box and suddenly say there is no price on those items. Then they should have given it for free as there is no price, correct? The staff at the vutchery was missing for 15 minutes when she showed up to help she was on her vell phone. Worst experience ever
I bought 3 packets of Maggi 2 minute noodles. In 2 packets there was no seasoning spice.
There was no spice in my boerewors 2 minute noodles
I was suprised to find that the today 30 original sausage rolls i bought only contained 28 sausage rolls in total.
We bought Scheppes Dry Lemon that is rotten. The cutomer care number for Coca Coka doesn't even work. How do you log a complaint with a company whose customer care line number does not exist?
