I canceled my contract after a year and a half of supporting them and then they try and bill me almost R2000.
Karen and Hennie kept me on a line for two weeks with no answer to a rental I app**** for. Also they never pick up thier phone.
Always a different reason why the flights are late. Just because flysafair holds the monopoly, they treat thier customers bad.

I've been a loyal paying customer since the day I purchased my vehicle, not only did they NOT recover my vehicle when it was ******, cartrack has not lived up to thier promise of paying R150 000 if they cannot recover my vehicle. I would recommend everyone to stay as far away from cartrack as possible, not only are they to *********** to recover a ****** vehicle, they do not live up to thier promise of a pay out when they are unable to recover your vehicle. And when I called in to claim the R150 000 as promised, it took me a month and half to start the claims procedure just for them to not pay out.
There are always flies on the food, especially the sushi. The tall barman with black hair is rude and racist.
Canceled business meetings to be home for them to come and install internet, they did not pitch and did not even have the decency to let us know.
