Lately, Rain’s service has been extremely poor, with little to no connection most of the time. I’ve already reported the issue, but the problem continues. I’m even considering switching to a different ISP.
I took my car in for a service and spent over R14,000, yet it was returned in a worse condition than before. I’m extremely disappointed, especially after paying so much.
I would like to report one of your couriers. The gentleman named Ma***o Multiserve contacted me, spoke to me in a very rude manner, and made me wait for several hours after assuring me that he was on his way.
I purchased a bed from the Dial-a-Bed Centurion store on March 29th, but it has yet to be delivered. I am extremely disappointed with this delay and would like to request a full refund so that I can purchase a bed elsewhere. They have been neither honest nor transparent, which is completely unacceptable.

Terrible service I bought lentils and blocks fro slab and they never delivered and after scolding and complaining they finally delivered and we found most of the blocks damaged and had to send back some lentils ad they were also damaged. Not effecient at all
I'm not happy with metier service delivery they cost us a lot of money because we purchased ready mix concrete about 10 cubit arranged for 15:00 and they were late by an hour and we had hired a pump separately who came on time and left after 40 minutes. The concrete arrived an hour later now we lost 12k worth concrete now no one wants to be accountable metier or the pump guys.
I'm so underwhelmed by your services from Mr delivery ordered a meal from peri peri charcoal with a 2l coke but instead received 4 cans of coke which are not close to a 2l coke it might sound petty but I'm not happy because when the order arrived I was preoccupied and I send someone to get my order it could have been resolved at the time the order arrived.
I called your customer care line with no avail waisted R60 of airtime without being assisted, i also send them an email still was not assisted. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years I'm even considering changing into a new bank if this is how you treat customers .
Im personally disappointed at your service. I bought some things at Tanc and the guy that brought them refused to give them to anybody but me even though I told him that the person who will be receiving them is trusted so ever since then I have been calling them asking when I will get my order even today they keep telling me its on it's way.
