Afrihost (vumatel) This service provider is absolutely pathetic and would never recommend them to anyone that wishes to sign up. Rather pay the extra for mtn,vodacom telkom and get proper service satisfaction. I've been with coverage for 4 days thus far hense I cannot even work. When u sign up,they give u an E number to make payment via eft. The month after they have issues with their debit system,and disconnect ur services. When u call them,they tell u they will re run the debit,u sit all day waiting,call back in the evening,same issue. Call the next day,they having system issues and cannot assist. Call the 3rd day,they cancel the package and reinstate with a new E number and I am still sitting and waiting for a E number. They are horrible as hell. DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE. THEY ARW USELESS BEYOND.
I have worked for this company for 7years as a contractor using our own transport to get their goods delivered. I was dismissed by managers Grant with immediate effect due to the fact I stopped work with regards to short payment. This is a ongoing thing with this courier company. They issue fines for late deliveries but had over cargo to drivers late. Every month contractors are short paid. When we complain,it goes on deaf ears. When we ask kr down our tools,they terminate contracts. Rueben,a newly employed manager,seems to be targeting old and good drivers to employ his friends. When higher management is notified,they do nothing about it. They claim for lost parcels from drivers when parcels are sent without insurance from a sender itself.
Absolutely useless. Been calling them for weeks,no response. But there credit department calls you every single day. Disgraced them even on facebook,guess wat,they give a ****. I need a travel report but I cannot get it because it's in legal department,y,because their technician came out to my house to replace a unit that weren't even working and expect me to pay 1500 call out fee take ur unit and shove it up ur ass
Worst insurer to deal with. Been with them for a while,they debit ur account without fail,come time for payout,they have the most amount of issues. 2 accidents I 1 month, I have now lost my contract with a company due to their incompetence. When the policies were taken out,they never asked for vehicle service or maintainance. The vehicle has over 500 000kms on it,but now they request a service certificate. They wrote off my vehicle but want to pay out a amount where I cannot even get the little spares that's needed.
This is the second time I'm complaining g about this branch in Overport,and guess wat it's the same complaint. Last complaint was waiting hours for service when a clown walking around with a tablet in his hand,guess that's al he was trained for. Yesterday I got to this branch,they had covid cases and had to sanitize the branch,that's unexpected but can be overlooked,today 3 ppl in front of me,standing just over an hour just to collect a credit card. I postponed my flight yesterday,and guess wat,looks like I got to do it again.
I have had enough with telkom and their pathetic service. You *******s are thieves that cannot rectify anything other that debit my account. This issue is ongoing whereby none of my contract Sims work where the handset is for emergency calls only. Go to the dumb store they do a sim swap,it works for 5min and then messed up again. Call their dumb staff in the call centre,the call either hangs up after 2 min or the stupid assholes cannot hear.
I have had enough of their pathetic service. Numerous times they have sent out the ir tech causing me inconvenience of pulling my vehicles of the road. I have had enough of their pathetic service,just last week they came out for the 5th time and installed new units which still font work. Without my authorization they debited my acc for R2809 for 3 units which is theft. Even after I canceled the contract,they still took my money
I have placed many orders witj this franchise, and today im told they cannot locate my proerty. Firstly its more than 60min gone since my order was placed. Then im told to olease go wait in the street so i can be seen, so i askes where is the driver, apoarently he still at the store. So i asked him do i wait now in the street for you, he said yes he wint be long. How the **** do i get my money back
I have purchased the Drifter pro and a week later i purchased 2 twisters. A day later which is today 27/12/2020, they told me its discontinued however theres 2 still in stock at gateway, ive drceided to call gateway verimark, intead i was given the number for game stores, the staff is useless, had me standing for 20min and never came back, so i went to the verimark store itself where the guy did tell me he had 2 in stock, so even tho i drove from Hillcrest itself, i was told thats his demo stock. So now im druving back all the way to Hillcrest with nothing. I will return all products on tuesday as im entiltled to my miney back if im not satisfied
So I've just been to this branch a few minutes ago. We all in the crisis of the pandemic and these staff choose to wear their masks below their nose level and I was also told that the government asked them not to use gloves when preparing our food. I have photos to prove this aswell which I will be posting into social media for the safety of our nation
