We took our car for service to this provider. Within less than a week of having our car back, vehicle automatic gear shift was messed up (over revving and super fast changes suddenly), the cherry on top... car suddenly died on the freeway. NONE of these were EVER an issue, until we took the car for service here. We took it back to complain and as per usual, they do not want to acknowledge ANYTHING. Now, a month later... car has again DIED, once again on the FREEWAY and we are having to incur additional expenses. The gear changes have been causing us issues as well... since taking the vehicle to you guys, we now have a moving death-trap!!! This is simply NOT acceptable!!! Our vehicle had NONE of these issues until it was due for a simple annual service. Someone clearly did something and touched something they had no expertise in touching and now we are sitting here with an extremely dangerous situation on our hands and zero accountability.
This company are a RUDE bunch of THIEVES. We took the premium extended warranty with them and have NEVER missed a payment. Now it is time for them to pay up and fix our car and where our warranty is to cover everything, they are now trying to find loopholes not to cover and payout as promised. The worst part is... they approved the claim and then TOOK IT BACK and now want to pretend that the claim was never approved and yet we got a call from the mechanic informing us. Our car was taken in over a month ago, no vehicle and on top of it, paying storage fees with Audi as they are delaying and NOT responding to our calls... but mind you, debit orders KEEP going off. They are pretending that we had to pay 50% of the cost of fixing, yet that is not the agreement and offer taken up. As it is... we have had to take back the car from Audi to mitigate costs and are still not getting answers. The car keeps getting worse and now rattles because they are delaying to fix it. It even stopped just off the freeway, thankfully hubby was able to find a safe space to stop before we were in an accident. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! You have promised us premium service, that we have BEEN paying for and now it is time to deliver on the promise and we are quite literally being ghosted!! When we DO find a consultant to speak to, your people have the audacity to scream at US as the client.
You took my car was in last year tfor a repair due to an oil leak... your service provider Vanos Tech took -+3months to return me my vehicle and when it came back it suddenly had an issue it never had before they fiddled with it. We IMMEDIATELY reported the problem to them and were avoided and told it is not their fault, even though the work was done on the engine and this was an engine problem... which you as our insurer had paid out for. We then asked about 12month warranty on work done and once again got silence. 4 months down the line... Things have now escalated and we took the car for service to Audi and they informed us that the EPC light is indeed an engine issue and Vanos Tech were supposed to fix it. We asked for a FULL report of the work that was done last year and... SILENCE once more and over a month and counting and you still haven't produced your report of what exactly Vanos Tech was doing with our car for 3 months and can't explain why that EPC light is on. Vanos Tech has now had our car for a month and counting, they keep taking it to different specialists, clearly in an effort to try and pass on taking responsibility for shoddy work done. It seems they are trying to put in another claim for work that was already claimed for last October. We am without a car for over a month now and incurring incredible expenses with trying to get around. Vanos Tech is refusing to answer my husband's calls or emails... all we ever get is "the car is wherver and you will get back to us in 30min" THIS NEVER HAPPENS. WE NEED our car, FIXED like it was supposed to be LAST year AND with a full service report of what on earth Vanos Tech has been doing as you are wracking up mileage on our vehicle and it is due for service ontop of that... WHO is going to be paying the excess for driving our car around all over the place instead of taking owenership for your BAD SERVICE?! I cannot believe that King Price Insurance uses of such bad desrepute, completely disgusted and we need to start getting answers and a fully functioning car back IMMEDIATELY. King Price Insurance You have made a payout for a service and we as your clients have informed that the service provider YOU work with has not done the job and now we are suffering and yet still paying insurance monthly. It is also YOUR responsibility to then follow up with your service provider once an issue has been reported, to make sure that they correct it with immediate recourse. We already were 3 months without our vehicle ... premiums going off monthly and now once again... 1 month and counting for an issue casued by your service provider and ME as a client... I am the one suffering the consequences. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

When I first signed up with Rain (less than a month ago) it took 3 days to activate my SIM, which they say take 2hrs... the IT department came back to me 2weeks later... DISGUSTING!! Now... out of the BLUE, I wake up on Monday morning, have service for an hour and suddenly my lin just gets cut. It is the third day now and NOBODY has reverted back to me and yet they claim to have a 24hr turnaround period. The towers are apparently working fine and there is service in my area, yet my line is down and nobody can tell me why. You can NEVER get through to management and I have tried calling Mr. Leigh so that he can fix this matter. I have asked that a manager calls me back and am STILL WAITING!! The agents tell me they will send someone to check the line in 24 - 72hrs, which means,according to your service delivery timelines and how important it is for th organisation to keep to its promises.... I will go ALL of March without service.
I simply FAIL to understand why people in this institution CANNOT complete their tasks as they keep telling me. This is now the SECOND TIME I am guaranteed that things are resolved and closed, only to get harassed and bullied by a big, incompetent institution. What sort of training do your staff receive if me as I client as being continuously harassed because someone is not completing their tasks as they should?! This is now the 5th month ongoing of me being harassed about matters that have nothing to do with me apart from staff not doing their job properly. This is utterly disgusting treatment from one of the biggest financial institutions in our country and leave very little to be desired. I would like that the next person who contacts me about this same matter is a SENIOR EXECUTIVE who is actually able to DO their job so that I can finally be left ALONE!!
I am quite honestly appalled by the lack of service received thus far from you... I am receiving NO communication after placing my order through your site (not even a purchase order number) and I am the one who has to keep calling to check the status of my purchase, to only receive argumentative staff and excuses as to why the delivery date that was promised has not been met. You have REFUSED to let me speak to the manager to resolve this matter and yet I have spent THOUSANDS of rands on my watches. Your staff wants to shove colours on me that I do not want, after it is ME who has once again called to see what the hold-up on my order is after being promised that it would be delivered by tomorrow... a deadline that will not be met. I DO NOT appreciate excuses being given when I point out the collapse in your system of working... it is a BASIC that one should expect a Purchase Order Reference number after placing an order on your website, if this cannot be done automatically, then it should be done manually so that I can have some proof of my hefty payment I have made. This is leading to a LOT of questions as to the credebility of your establishment, has RUINED my anniversary gifting experience and COMPLETELY delayed my gift. I AM NOT HAPPY and need a prompt response to this issue!
I am HIGLY disappointed by the deplorable service received from your agents. The level of incompetence on agents handling our queries and accounts is absolutely unacceptable!! I paid and closed my account with you MONTHS ago and yet you're harassing me due to consultants not able to complete their tasks properly. I need to speak to someone and for this matter to be resolved by no later than the end of this week!!
You guys are corporate bullies. You completely fail me as a FFTH client, make me wait for 2months for wifi installation that doesn't happen and then want to bully to me pay cancellation fees for your failure to deliver your service. I am DISGUSTED!! Dealing with Afrihost was the greatest pleasure for fast, efficient, pain-free WiFi installation. The use of modern technologies and facilities is commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to an agent on WhatsApp and always received efficient service from knowledgeable staff. Delivering the already configured router to you instead of sending someone into the privacy of your home is very smart and actually saves everyone a whole lot of time... plus more cost efficient for the company as well ... very smart thinking. I got to simply plug in my router and voulais, everything just WORKED like it is supposed to. From sign-up to up and running in less than 10 day!!! FANTASTIC
