I had purchased a Light Globe from Eurolux and the light had fused - It stated 3 years warranty on the Light Globe. I had sent an email to Eurolux and to my surprize I was contacted and given 110% customer satisfaction from the guys from Eurolux. They stand by their product 100%. Emails, phone calls and even to them sending a representative to meet with me and exchange a Light Globe - Wow that's customer services - Keegan Wallis Thank you for the customer experience. I had searched for a heater on line and checked that Takealot had the Russell Hobbs going for R499. 00 and that game had it for R549. 13th June 2021 I went to game Pietermaritzburg in piertermaritz Street and picked the item as Game beats all prices. The Manger on the day advised me at the till they don't beat online prices. This was what a waste of time as I always buy from Game. Truely a knock off. He didn't even try and help with even reducing the price or assisting. Date 13th June 2021 @ 14:20pm.

I had bought the Lte package of 10mbs and uncapped. For the past three months I have been cut to below than 4 mbs even though I have not reached 150 gigs for the month. I complained so many times it's not funny. Please do a speed test and you will find out that telkom robs innocent people. I applied for online jobs and was turned away because of the poor quality mbs. Please don't be a telkom stat
An experience worth complimenting - The IT tech and Manager Mr. Soni from Incredible connection went well beyond their service to make sure that I get the best possible solution. The manager went so far as to call me many time and get more information to get to the root cause of my problem with my apple tv box not working.
