10 days no Fibre, I phoned today to find out whats going on the lady couldn't solve the problem said Ill receive an email as she will submit it to a technician, still waiting on that email. I use to love shopping online from the istore but lately its just been an inconvenience especially if you buy small products they tend to send you the wrong stuff then you need to send it back then they dont have stock ....... I ordered a camera wasnt working properly sent it back. they received it I had to contact them 3 times , 1st time they told me ill hear back a week ago friday, heard nothing contacted again they said ill hear last week friday they processed it they will get back to me, never heard a word, contacted yesterday said I never heard anything because they dont have stock to replace the faulty camera so I said now you people just keep quiet and not say anything, opted for the voucher he said ill have it in 24hr , guess what 24hr gone no word and no voucher. I will really think twice before shopping online from them because just become a stress if you getting the right product and if its not working you struggle like this. I just saw they processed the gift card but cancelled it, not sure what thats about, O wait I do probably one of those *********** employees i spoke to on whatsapp.
I ordered one thing from Mr price home on Monday, its Friday and its still not sent out, no point in contacting customer service as they have no answers and just as pathetic as the shipping department. its my first time buying online from Mr price home and it will be my last , Id rather stick to @home where they know the meaning of good service. its insane in 2024 to wait this long for one thing to be shipped.
Sent all my documents and did everything to the T to make sure there is no comebacks or any issues on 25 July , phoned three weeks later , surprise never even started processing it so much for a four week processing time, the lady looked and finally got the email I sent and was told she will process that day, one week later was told that my things were sent to SARS on 19 August but they didnt come back yet, which is funny she says because it usually takes them one day, did she follow up NO, one week later phoned again so the lady said she will send it in to SARS again. And here we are the first day of the two pot system which will be total chaos at SARS and who knows when the response will come, so because of their employees incompetence and lack of follow up procedures who knows when I will finally get my money. And these are the people some people Voluntarily entrust their money with.
This company was the third one I reached out to, to get help because I was informed by my bank that I am under debt review which I am not. They were the only company that helped me because the others I assumed saw there was no money to be made and just left me hanging. Not Money24SA they did an assessment saw my name is clean and sent me something to send to my bank. Even though the assessment was free I would have gladly paid for the service and friendlyness I received from Justin. I just wish I went to them first without having to deal with those other companies. Thank you!
Its been three weeks since I took in my brand new vacuum and made the below complaint and I received one phone call saying that the matter will be escalated blah blah blah the only reason they say this is to shut you up. I have not heard a word from game in Klerksdorp in three weeks and I am still waiting for my brand new vacuum to be returned to me. I bought a Genesis vacuum cleaner for R3000 on the 26 of December 2023, not even two months later it did not want to switch on and mind you it only gets used once a week so maybe after 7 uses it didnt want to switch on after it was used half an hour yesterday 19 February 2024. Took it back to Game klerksdorp (Flamwood walk) they checked it and then it started but I said I dont care if it started then it wasnnt starting at home after we tried everything so that means something is wrong with it and I was told straight to my face they are not replacing it and they not giving my money back. after I insisted they do something they said the tech will look at it and let me know. so now you want to fix something that is not even two months old and when I asked when i will get it back i was told its stocktake so she doesnt know. Now I dont have a vacuum that I paid for R3000 for an unidentified amount of time because just like games service the quality goods has also gone to ****. This is why Game is always dead quiet because of this. So well done Game you are driving the very little customers that you have left also away.

Makro online has no customer service!!! I ordered things last week and when I phoned to ask where my order is they cant tell me!! And I have a second order I am waiting for !!!! This is the worst delivery service ever!!! So Makro is in possession of my money and I have nothing to show for it and they also cant tell me where my things are!!!!
I ordered a speedo online on Saturday, did'nt hear anything about my order until I contacted speedo on Tuesday, there must have been something wrong with the system because I did'nt receive my tracking number, but My good review is for the lady Amy, she got back to me so quickly and sent me everything within half an hour, and then the next morning got another email where she tracked my order to see how far it is. I will not think twice to order again from speedo, great service to say the least. Thank you Amy H for getting back to me so fast. And love my new endurance+ speedo.
Getting fibre installed in our house through Vodacom is the most exhausting experience, First to get a quote I waited a week, I have phoned 4 times and was promised that the fibre will be in by Saturday 12 September by 1 o'clock , the last phone call was made on 09 September so they had more than enough time, now I am sure that was only said to buy time and to get rid of me on the phone. I phoned again on the 11th of September at 5pm because by then still no one has phoned me to let me know they are coming to install it, The noise in the back ground was so unprofessional , was told to hold and 18 min later the phone cut off. And here we are 12 September and no fibre. I will only phone again once and that will be to cancel the order , VODACOM IS WAISTING MY TIME!!!!!!!!
