i have a contract with mtn due to financial reasons i struggled to make payments but when things picked up i started making payments on a monthly basis but till today i dont receive any statement confirming the balance on the account no communication at all and i dont get the benefits as the sim card is still blocked and calling the is a hustle because you wont even get through
I’m now out of words random debit orders are just going off , when a complaint is raised I’m being told that they will get back to me with feedback and and they will send someone to check but no one comes . I’ve been calling the call centre to date when you call the consultants and very rude and the always drop the phone or just mute on you . I think it’s high time I include my lawyer because my ITC status is being ruined because of all this
I’ve been complaining about not receiving calls and they just bill payment on my account and debit orders just random debit orders using money for transport and I have to struggle and I’m not getting any joy even after I’ve called them several times to resolve this issue I’m just told a ref number will be sent but nothing and so tired of them now , it’s like they want to make extra money through clients.
im busy getting automated replies from the 5th till today there is nothing and my sim card is still disconnected and no one is calling me as promised what is wrong with TFGconnect
i have requested for data cancellation and it was done now my personal sim card has been disconnected form 31 dec 2021 till to date i cant use my sim card and i really need this number

we took out our plastics today and the dustbin guys didn't take our plastics and we don't have dustbins whats happening here at savanna city so we supposed to stay with rubbish for another week because they decided other wise. we have been here for months now and we still don't have dustbins and now they come and go and live trash in the streets
i have been sending proof of payment and calling the call center several times and i'm being told that they don't see my email and i must resend again i have no joy at all because i'm using money to call and send this emails. when ever i call after sending they say the same story that i must resend again
