I cancelled my membership at Gym Company last year April 2025 it is now March 2026 and the membership is still not cancelled! Infact they have been harrasing me and *****ulently debting my account. I have now had to escalate this matter with the CGS ombudsman. DONT DO IT! Biggest mistake of my life.

Do not work with Michelle Furtado - Bewsher, her attitude is atrocious and extremely hostile . Citton made me an offer to purchase my vehicle via Weelee and I had disclosed that the vehicle had been in an incident . The moment I arrived at the dealership literally within 5 minutes after driving more than a hour to PTA Michelle told me they can’t take my car because it was in a accident before , she was mumbling and talking so fast that I couldn’t even make out what else she was saying. If You know the car was in a accident ,why make the offer to purchase in the first place !!! Honestly if her attitude to the situation was not as terrible as it was , I wouldn’t even be writing a review . She should not be dealing with people at all. A WAIST OF TIME & MONEY !!

Online ordering from the sportscene app / web page has been a complete nightmare. I placed my order on the 01 /11/2020 and have not received my order as yet. I’ve been making numerous follow up with the staff but they keep telling me they will email me with feedback and they have a **** attitude as if they doing you a favor to follow up on the package To date I have not received a response .I don’t know if I’ll ever receive my package. I will never in my life try online ordering from this place.
I bought a top with my bank card ( Cash Payment) i lost the slip and wanted to return the top because it was too expensive. I called the shop and was told i can return the top and i will receive my cash back if i bring POP I went to the bank and received POP but when i returned to the shop i was told that YDE can only issue me a voucher to the value of the item i bought. Firstly i was incorrectly advised by the shop Secondly I took my time to get POP from the bank so that i can proof i actually purchased the top. Thirdly , Why is it that i could not get my cash back for a item that i purchased and have POP for ?? This is ridiculous !!! I seriously am not impressed with the store and the procedures as well as the staff that provided false information.
