Hi, in the pas month i was struggling to get hold of this company. Sad their app is not user friendly. A week ago i used my last R100 to travel to Ladysmith Old Mutual offices for assistance on something i could have done at home. I received good service in the office but i hate how in general your service is **** in the back office. Waking up this morning from 6 day hunger, received the only SMS that gives me hope of cash being Payed to my account. Around 2 PM when i check still theres nothing. I just fell and hit my head so had, basically i fainted from hunger. I am expecting your cash to be in my account few munites from the time of an SMS because i have Old mitual Banking. Tell me what the **** is happening and who will be liable for any charges should i decide to see a doctor? Good Servive Ayanda Mabaso, and bad service to any escalation process that follows afterwards.
I was happy for the service at boxer stores but there's only 1 thing that did not ring a bell when I got home. For third time in a row I have been teying to enter the compotition the normally advertise on their receipts, all the time it gives me the same error message. So please Boxer stop ****ming us, you owe me for this, I am confidentlybsure that almost every one this is happening because it's not the first time it happens to me.
MTN is not loyal to its customers. MTN had an hour 1GB which was valid at R1.00 , their Charge for the same GB has changed to R5.00. But their loyalty program still the same as how it was when the same GB was R1.00. It's a rip of in this day and age
On Monday my aunt offered me some maize meal, which I used on Tuesday and Wednesday because I had no food. Later on Wednesday I discovered that the same maize was poisoned and it felt like ****roache poison in there. I was not able to **** at all and my stomach was painful. On Thursday around 11 am I decided to go to the clinic for assistance. When I got there I was assisted but Suprising nurses were constantly saying I have depression instead od constipation : pause remember the issues was about food poisoning and now where does depression comes in. It was becoming clear that these nurses are up to no good. OK I was assisted and finally given a medicine to help me with my blocked stomach. When I was done, there came nurse Mathebula who ask me to come see her in her room which I did. And she started explaining herself that's she will like to assist me with a 1 on 1 talk regarding my situation and the session started just after my HIV test and another test. She than asked if it's ok to call me the following week one she has booked me for canceling with a psychologist. The following day she called me to come for a session, when I got there she told me she had already booked me for canceling and arranged transport for me with saps. She started writing on a certain form which I asked to read but I was never given access to it. That sounded like wow but I still felt that I am being played here, I guess I was never wrong. The police came and said we can now go, when we got to a van I wanted to have a from sit but he denied me that access and said no you must go to the back of the van. Well me at the back of the van drove to hospital, when we got there I was amazed by the way the policeman was ordering me to do things, like you sit here don't move. He started talking to security guards telling g them to guard me I am a problem, Hao things have changed. I got to the first person who helped me which is where I explained myself properly and the fact that I don't understand what is happening and why really I was there. He understood but did his part and referred me to the next phase..... Where I also explained my self but the woman advised that she can only take my blood samples to check what is happening g with it. This happened withought my concern and proper preparation. When done there's a certain dose that was put on my drip that got me drawsy, they helped me to a bed where I rested i than had no power. 30 munites later I was moved using a wheelchair to a ward I am currently in, mentally ill peoples ward. I am hurt by the system and being treated as if I am mentally ill.
Good day I trust all is well, Please kindly assist ont he following ID no: 851225 53460 88. 0n the 6th of July I visited Labour department who advised me that my next return date is on the 22nd of July 2022. I did return to them to sign and submit and I was advised that my next signature date is on the 27th of August 2022. Today I came to check what might be the delay as I have not received a thing from labour department. Instead I am advised that the payment that was submitted on the 27th of June was the only payment. Let's get back to reality now, why was I advised to return on the 22nd? As I can not see what was written in black and white on the screen, why was false information shared to me. This also adds on top of the fact that on first claim I had to be taken from Pilar to post. Kindly advise the way foward as I have been using my funds doing ups and downs. Good afternoon I trust all is well, I visited labour offices in April the 27th 2022 for UIF application at Ladysmith. Indoor service was 100% on point, and I was asked to return on the 6th of June 2022 to check how far is my claim. Which I did and I was advised that in the next 7 days from the 6th I will received my UIF. Today is the 22nd of June 2022, I returned to the offices because I have not received a thing. A consultant that assisted me was also 100% professional and of which he advised me that no payment has been done as yet so I must complete a new form. I did that and returned to the desk, but in my mind I don't think someone understands what financial implications this has to me and my family. While sitted at the desk I saw a Bathu Pele service chart point 2/3. I totally dissagree with what is written on that chart, and I urge it be specific to what poor people are expected to receive from this office. I salute the front desk, I don't know what's happening at the back office. I borrowed money for a trip I took today, imagine what my family is going through right now. Will I get the same service similar to the one I received at a front desk this time? Bad, experience. I went to DSTV Mondeor for assistance when my explora stopped working which was still under insurance i was advised they can't help me because the don't have stock I must go to randburg, that was in 2020/05/. I than requested they make my old Decoder work so I can watch TV which I still struggled to use at home as it was not working which started working a month or 2 later latter. My explorer was never exchanged, it is still sitting in my house.... What a sad reality. Today I decided to take all my explorer and decoder to Maponya, because it is not working. The gentleman was helpfull and my decoder is working but he advised me to call insurance for my explorer. I called them and they say they can't help instead can only help me apply for a new insurance.... At a time I went to DSTV my services were active but only now it is not active because it was pointless paying what does not work for me. Please assist me I need this explorer exchanged because I risked my life on level 4 lockdown and went to DSTV outlet but was never assisted.
I had a business idea and had no idea where to start, speaking to Company partners was a great deal for me now I have a company. I am truly greatfull for the assistance which I rate 100% or 10/10. I will recommend Company SA to everyone I know who needs assistance.
I went to checkers and bought bread... Took bread from the shelves and went to pay. I cut the bread and realise that this bread looks very old than I check the sell out date and realized the date is 2019/12/18....... Today it's the 19/12/2019. Through frustration since I had a similar incident a in the beginning of the year where I bought plaster that had a huge worm on it I gave bread to the woman who helps cleaning at work to return it and their respond was lame. They say they was to sell out all that bread with a sell out date of the 18/12/2019. Please explain this act and tell me why sell outdated food unhealthy food to people. I hav ran out of energy
Hope this mail finds you well, My name is John Christopher Mokoena a son to Solomon Mokoena who was a police man around the 80’s and was declared unfit for work due to his illness. My father was married to my mother at the time though my mother never had a chance to claim on behalf of my father due to family complications and as well as Riots between IFP and ANC that were happening in Vall (eg: Sebokeng , Evaton , Sharpville) resulting to us being relocated to KZN which was my grandmother’s Family house. For Years I have been on the road to try and find resolution to my father’s case but I don’t find resolution, I started when turn 18 years and now I am 33 years this should really tell that some people don’t do their jobs properly.The reason I email you is because I have been trying to trace what my Father left behind as for his illness, but it is difficult because I am take from pillar to post. I first took my father’s death certificate to Sebokeng Police station HR where I was advised my father worked, they said they can’t find anything under my father’s ID number but referred me to GEPF in Johannesburg. I then went to GEPF in Johannesburg , the person who assisted me advised me that she can see that my father worked for SAPS but can only advise me to go back to Sebokeng police station those are the only people who can assist me. I went back again to Sebokeng Police station they told me they can’t assist me because they can’t see him on the system. This is really sad for me, in short it tells me someone is not doing their job properly or else they want to do fraud. Being a son of a man that was a policeman and not being able to live a decent life that I deserve, as well as not being able to further my studies became a huge challenge for me.
