I accidentally placed an order to the wrong address. I immediately phoned the restaurant. They said I have to cancel the order, which I did on the Uber Eats app. Uber Eats does not want to refund the money, seeing as the restaurant already prepared the order. I phoned the restaurant and said I will pickup the order myself. Upon arrival, I had to pay again for the food. So Uber Eats is *****ing money? The restaurant says it does not have anything to do with them, so it is Uber Eats. One can not get hold of them to help sort out this mess. I'll think twice before ordering again.
****nio Botha is really a gem and a keeper! I do hope he'll remains at Momentum for years to come. He made my life so easy and removed all my stres from arranging cover for both my old and new vehicle at the same time. I am always pleasantly surprised with MyRunway. Their quality is excellent and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I almost lost all faith in MyRunway wgen two items were incorrect. Luckily Lisa and Roxanne sorted everything out in less than a day. Their team work is amazing and their communication skills are truly remarkable. I switched from Discovery to Bonitas beginning of 2024 and switched back to Discovery within 6months. Bonitas looks good on paper, I truly do not recommend them. Their claims are not updated in real time and one can't use your savings account to purchase mist medicine (general products like Medlemon as an example), so everything gets paid out of pocket, even though you have thousands left in your MSA. I have submitted the request in July 2024, and I received a reply that the claim will be processed December 2024. I followed up again on the 1st of December. The reply on the 4th of December, stated it will take up to 10 working days. Today is the 20th of December. I am still waiting for feedback.
DO NOT get Kaelo Xelus Gap cover!! I am helping you by saying this. I've been trying to submit a claim since 14 February, but to no avail. I have all the documents and submitted everything I had, just to get a response to tell they are reviewing the claim. I have asked numerous times to speak to a consultant, but nobody ever phones, it is only an automatic email response. I was really pleasantly surprised with the variety of products Futurelife is providing. Their site is user-friendly and placing the order was a breeze. I received my delivery within one working day, two if you count the public holiday. (My parcel was shipped to Pretoria). I wish I could share a photo of the incredible products, but most of all.. to show the hand written note, which makes this order so much more special and fulfilling ❤️ Thank you Futurelife for making it easier to live more healthy.. looking and feeling good. **And thank you for the extra sample packs. It is much appreciated, especially if there is so much wonderful products to choose from.
I highly recommend Saturn Autobody. Their service is outstanding. They do interior as well as exterior repairs to vehicles. They are one of the few companies that still accepts insurance claims (especially when claiming repairs on the interior). They are friendly, professional and really efficient. They will go out of their way to assist and accomodate in your request. This is the second time I am making use of their services. Really impressed by their quality of service. Thank you Saturn Autobody for keeping my vehicle in perfect condition.
Wow.. What happened to ABSAs service?!?! I thought it is just Ben Swart branch that is pathetic, but now even their automated system? I have a standing debit order for my home loan that is supposed to be debited on the 1st of every month (This home loan exists for more than 10years). I noticed the morning of 01-05-2023 that all my debit orders went off, except for my home loan at ABSA Bank so I sent absa@absa.co.za an email asking about this. I received an SMS notification on 01-05-2023 afternoon that the debit order was finally debited from my account.... Just for ABSA Debt collectors phoning me early this morning (on the 02-05-2023)!! I thought it is a phone call to explain what happened, but nooooooooo. They wanted money!!!! The lady said she will make a note that my installment was paid and she apologized for their mistake.... Just to get an SMS stating that my account is still in arrears!! So now I have paid double my installment. I am so fed up with this poor service. I have never skipped any payment in my life and now my credit score will be affected due to my personal PLATINUM BANK!!!!!!! Nobody rep**** to all my NUMEROUS emails, but they are quick to phone when want money. Jho.. I am fuming as I am typing this. If anyone can advise me how to switch banks, that will be amazing. First time I had to contact Spotify support due to a voucher that was not working. It took me less than a minute to go through the bot chat and spoke (via live chat) with Rachelle. Please note that this is early Sunday morning and I got a response within seconds. The chat option is able to send documents and screen shots, so it made the whole process so much easier. I promise you, it wasn't even 2 minutes to sort out the voucher that wasn't working. I love Spotify and now even more so. Thank you for excellent service 👌🏻🙌🏻
