The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. It has been nearly impossible to receive assistance through either the mobile app or the WhatsApp support channels. I have attempted to reach the support team for several days without success. On the rare occasions when I do receive a response, I am either informed that no support agents are available or I am left on hold for an excessive amount of time. It is concerning that customers are expected to wait indefinitely for assistance. Many of us have professional obligations, and it is unreasonable to spend entire days seeking help—especially when we are paying for a service that is not being delivered as promised.
POLICY NO.1065140019 (Refund) Today marks DAY 14 and I still have not received my refund. Communication from the previous emails, that I was told that my money would be in my account on the 14th day latest. See my previous Review. Iwyze responded and assured me that I would receive my refund, even received a call promising the same, but nothing still. Please be aware of them. I will not recommend Iwyze to anyone. I am also thinking of canceling my account with @Old Mutual because Iwyze is one of their division.
I contacted iwyze to get a quotation. I realized that they had already issued me a policy and sent a debit order approval request to my bank account. I called them and told them not to debit my account because I won't be taking insurance with them. They called and we cancelled the policy. Two days after. The debited my account. Why? I called again for clarity and to be refunded. The lady called Zinolia attended to me and asked me to send my ID Copy and a bank statement, and I will be refunded within 2 to 3 days, since this was an unauthorized debit. Today is day 5 and still not refunded. First of all. It is ******** to take money from someone's account without authorization, which is what iwyze did. If we can listen to the recording, I stressed that they should not debit my account, but they did it anyway.
I decided to take my kids on a bus trip from Johannesburg to Durban. We were supposed to arrive at 6:30am However The bus broke down @ 2:30am, half way to Durban. I'm writing this review while we are still stuck on the side of the road. It's now 6:46am. I am not impressed at all. My kids are freezing. Customer care doest care. We have been calling and calling. I am disappointed that my kids first bus trip is *******. I will never ever use this line, nor recommend it.
@MTN I see your debit order was declined. First of all. I want to know why MTN is trying to debit me R978.7.The plan I took is for R399.00 p/m. On the 28th of April 2023 when I took this Deal I paid R478.80, of which the consultant said the extra amount was for the remaining days of April plus the upfront payment for May 2023. Then it took almost an entire month for the item to get to me and an extra week to be activated and working. So basically I've only used this service/ item for like a week. Therefore. I would like to know why mtn is trying to charge me R978.7? This whole thing is a ****. The customer care line doesn't have the option to talk to a consultant, and the email response time is *******.
Their service sucks. Especially the fiber connection. They don't know what they are doing. I'm really disappointed. I've never had connectivity issues with my previous service provider.👎🏿 MM Cokisa
Rain is a bunch of fraud. I have used rain for +/- a year now and I still get **** service. I contacted the helpline and they said it was my router's settings and they guided me on setting it up. but still, my internet it's still snail slow. in fact, I think the snail is faster. I decided to upgrade my package to 4G LTE Uncapped, which promises 10mb download speed, but I'm getting about 0.03. What the hell. This is criminal. I don't advise anyone to buy rain. It's a ****ty network. I'm currently on the lookout for better service providers that deliver what they promise.
I had paid "My Deed Search" the amount they requested to find the information they say they can get for me. And I haven't received anything. On their website, they said the process takes only 1 day. I also paid extra to speed up my process. but nothing. They don't even respond. They don't even have a telephone line on their website. This company/site must be shut down. It's fraudulent. I taking this to social media and all the platforms to warn people. They are ****en crooks!!!!!!
