Absolutely Disgusting!!! First morning we found Long brunette hair stuck to the shower wall, we are two short haired brothers. We informed them.... the next morning the Hairs were still there!!! This is a ****ing disgusting I am actually sick, if they do not clean that after being instructed to, what else do they not Clean!! And this was after we had to tell the staff 3 times on our first day that we needed two single beds! And drill had to wait 30 minutes at 7pm for them to split the beds!
****ING USELESS!!! Their Drivers are lazy liars, they ring your number then hang up and are no where near your gate/door. I didnt even the choice to use them but in the future I will actually Boycott any company that uses them!
This is actually for the 86 Public Pineslopes. I used to love the 86Public in Randburg, especially their wings, had a few birthday lunches there. However this is the worst food I have had at a restaurant in years! Ordered the 2x 500g wings, which somehow against the laws of physics only amounts to 6 wings drums and tasted meh at best and had a funny taste like they had been reheated multiple times already. Then things got worse, the wings were somehow cold as well, we sent them back and they did come back warm, but tasted even worse, it tasted like they washed the sauce off the wings we sent back with soapy water and then just reheated them with new sauce. Will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague, I'm actually too scared to even go back to the Randburg one now.
Stuck with Vodacom at the moment and SOOOO missing you guys!
Vodacom Fibre I've moving and want to move my fibre to my new apartment in the same complex, you would think that would be a quick and easy switch for vodacom..... <Sigh>But nope, they say they need at least a month to do this, and offer no alternative options for a faster solution. I requested the manager give me a call on this but still nothing. After some research I found that it would be faster for me to cancel my current Vodacom Fibre and have them collect their router etc and then setup a new account for the new apartment, which will be up in 48 hours and they will delivery a new router and a free months LTE for the interim.... Wow Vodacom, your processes are really *****ing yourselves over and costing you money.<sigh> I used Vumatel directly and Rocketnet as a provider in the past and they were fantastic, knowledgeable staff, quick responses, with them I moved and they sent a guy out within 48 hours to set everything up free of charge.
Witnessed Staff Standing on the boxes of TVs for Sale while trying to Mount a TV on the wall.
Just called their Call Centre 3 times now. Get the welcome message and then music plays for 5 second. Then I get the message "Your call is important to us" and the call immediately disconnects after that. Would actually be comedic if it wasn't disgusting service.
