Telkom mobile data is a ****ing *******. I had received about 15 calls from the sales agent and I had informed them that I do not want an upgrade and they failed to provide a solution on how to cancel a subscription and now I have to pay a debit order for a contract that I do not want. This is not right!!!
Can someone please investigate this hair salon? Really bad service I ordered a wig and still have not received it they are ignoring messages. VERY concerning
Their refund process is the worst and they hardly respond to email, quick to take the money from your account when paying for an online order but terrible when it comes to payback.

I would like to place a complaint about an order I placed online # 3265041, which was placed online 01 December 2024. Firstly, it took more than 7 days for the parcel to be delivered. I had contacted the store and they informed that there were missing items hence the delivery took long. I always had to initiate the call withy the store as the customer, the store did not make me aware that the delivery would take longer than 5 days. Then I contacted the store on 9 December, they told me that there was an item missing I told them it is find they can refund the item and deliver the same day. I then received an sms notification for delivery of the parcel with an OTP, the driver did try to call me 3 times but was unable to reach me as I was busy at the time, 6 minutes later I contact the driver Siviwe Mkenke and he told me that he delivered the parcel to a neighbour without informing me. I told the driver to take the parcel back to the store. The driver was even laughing about this whole thing. What I want to know is how is a parcel delivered without an OTP pin? What is the reason for an OTP pin? I would like a full refund of the above order in my bank account.

I recently ordered an item on Steve Madden online and the product was of poor quality. Please do not sell products that have been previously worn and torn by other customers, rather decline the order.
Very bad service and this is my second time writing on hello peter. It has not even been 3 months but it's been such a headache! How am I supposed to rely on their security services with such bad service? Anywho, I received an invoice and queried about the correct amount as the technicians had advised that I had lightning cover insurance so I would pay a lesser amount but the invoice I received did not reflect as such. I have been querying for over a week just for a correct amount in order for me to pay and I am still waiting........
So I had to wait for over 3 weeks after paying for the installation fee for the technicians to do the installation at home after having sent a complaint. I then got a debit order on Friday 10 Nov 23 with an amount of R 537 taken off of my account without any form of communication. MY money was taken off from account without my knowledge. The lack of communication is concerning. How many debit orders are going to be taken from my account this month without any form of communication? The level of service is disgusting!!!!
I requested for a trip on the uber app, payment method was a card request the money was taken off my account and the driver had not confirmed the trip. To my surprise the page refreshed and took me to the page whereby I had to request for a new trip. The help page is useless as you cannot send a message or complain. Can I have my money back as there was no service?!
