Checkers I would like to say Thank you for accommadating our homes with all that Christmas has to offer, & most of all not just my home but always having everything to help me make someones Christmas special by the Gifts that you provide, the toys, Making Christmas special for all age groups within our homes & for extended family members... Everything is affordable and likeable ... Thank You Checkers.. for helping us setting the Christmas table for all to come together and enjoy...
I had to exchange my dye which I bought in Auckland Park, when I got there the customer experience is so Awesome, the manner in which the store assistants attend to you.I was provided with a voucher to get what I wanted. I lost my dischem rewards card & I think its the store supervisor that brought me a brochure to scan the QR code and it will be on my phone. The service is really beautiful, it makes you wanna buy more just because of the exceptional service. The store is so refreshing and clean...thanks Dischem
Good Day Hellopeter So decided to go to MacDonalds to get lunch yesterday ...& then my daughter was going on about the BTS group mini's that comes with the Happy Meals.So we only bought 1 happy meal for my 5 year old & my 12 year old was not happy as she also wanted a BTS Group member. My husband decided that we go and get two more happy meals but at another MacDonalds, just to find out they dont have that BTS toys. We took it to the other MacDonalds and they exchanged it for us, we only had to provide the slip for the meals. These are my daughters favorite Group at this point.Thanks for being Awesome and making my daughters day. I think the happy meals is really creating some happiness...
I would like to say in Customer Experience #ConsistencyisKey.... My husband & I normally go to Wimpy Engen One Stop -Grasmere, because we stay close by but every time the service is so welcoming, and the staff is so lovely, we will normally go for branch or breakfast, so we went for breakfast two weeks ago, it was so amazing, everything is fresh, if your coffee is a bit cold, you are not afraid to ask for it to be warmed a bit. This service make you wanna stay for lunch as well and what I really like is the outside portion as well that's always so clean. I would like to say to Management & Staff of Wimpy @ Engen, Thank you for your Awesome Service All The Time, Thank you for the Meals that are so refreshing & devine all the time, Keep on doing what you are doing, I do believe whatever the Management is doing has a Positive Impact on the Staff.... Well Done ...... Continue Serving with Love!
I would like to share my family's awesome experience that we had on sunday..this was at Mall of the South...Del Forno's surprised us with an Awesome lunch.The food was on another level of Excellence, the Flavors was DeVine. Thank you to our Waiter that was so patient with us, I have three kids. Awesome Experience ..
I'm so dissappointed in Debonairs. This is a legendary brand but come on... On Valentines day my hubby decided to get Debonairs for us because we are working from home, and we could not drive out of ennerdale for lunch. But this was the worst, my daughter loves chicken, so we would normally buy the chicked but there was almost no chicken on this pizza.. it was not appetizing at all.. no Love put into what they made for us. I think the Brand should really initiate Undercover Boss for your Brands & experience what us as customers go through.Everything is expensive, when u purchase something you want to enjoy it... But this was sooo disappointing grew up with Debonairs & it was super delicious back then... I really don't know what's going on now..ON VALENTINES Day GUYS.. NO MAN..
So yesterday was not a good day, I had to purchase some stuff using my c/card. Getting to the till with some items, its says restricted card, 2nd time it declines...I was very upset because I know there's funds in my card.Such an imbarresment for me & my kids.. as I had to leave the shop with my child crying as this was the only card I have with me.I called today just to find out that there's a security schedule block that was placed without notifying me about this. Why don't we notify customers about this. This is such a bad experience for me & my daughter ..leaving the items because initially the card declined which cant be because there is funds but for the life of me I am still upset about this. Why was I not informed about this before utilizing my card. Having to leave my stuff & my daughters things... was not a good experience at all. I'm really not happy about this.
I would like review Wimpy One Stop coming from Ennerdale. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY THE FOOD IS LIKE NO OTHER WIMPY, GUYS THANKS FOR THE MOST AWESOME EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME WE COME FOR BREAKFAST.KEEP IT UP...
I'm so disappointed in the store. We did an online order on the 2nd Dec'24 early hours of the morning.We have no groceries in our house, We spend over R5000 for groceries. My kids are at home, its holidays with no food items... there's no urgency regarding us as customers.My husband spend time calling makro, & was send from pillar to post. Even if it was Black friday... why is there no provision made for these deliveries to ensure that you retain your customers. My household is suffering and I need to get money from who knows where, There's just no customer experience. But its teaching me dont bother your money is not important, neither do we need u as a consumer.
This rewards program has not been benefiting at all. trying to complete anything after you were explained how to but still no feedback, you send an email for further assistance no feedback, I just want to cancel this rewards system... We go out for lunch, supper, months down the line because life is so busy still no feedback.. Very Disappointing
