Pick n pay ASAP stinks! I ordered and the driver did not even come to my house, didn't even do the decent thing to call to say they outside, my order just got cancelled. Up until now, I did not receive my refund. Spoke to 3 agents, the 1st one said that my orde was cancelled and she will escalate it, the 2nd one says the store will deliver my very same order I should wait, I waited and still nothing, spoke to Tinah and he was absolutely shocked as to why I wss told my order will be delivered when it was cancelled. Anyway I placed another order and to my horror it was scheduled for the next day as if I didn't need the stuff, absolutely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism from this business and will not be using their services ever again. I just want my refund!
Pock n pay ASAP has endless problems. Latest problem today was ordering, my money been taking, estimated time of delivery been changed to tomorrow morning, wow! What was the point? I wanted my stuff today not tomorrow!! Call the call centre and she says they can refund me, however my money will go into my wallet and not into my account, so now I must wait for tomorrow no guarantee if all the stuff I ordered will be In stock.... disappointing to sat the least

Rude customer care that has lots of attitude.(Itumeleng) They are also ******, I was only told after that I would need to pay R250 for a router to be delivered, I am not using the service due to the fact that I do not have a router, however received an invoice to pay?? How do I pay for something that I do not use???
Highly disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I submitted a claim and I must be following up, they don't let me know what's going on, I obviously claimed because I need my washing machine to do washing yet I must now wait, after been told by Andre Engelbrecht that I would be receiving feedback yesterday, he does not respond to emails or even call back when I call it's like I'm bothering then for feedback. Now Andre is off today and I get told that I will get feedback by latest Wednesday, pathetic service indeed!!
My ADSL line has been down since last week, i have logged 3 faults without and feedback or communication and still nothing has been done, so i pay for a service that i am not using! People working from home must now suffer due to lack of interest, terrible service!

Ordered from Wish.com in April, still have not received my order. Yet order showing will be delivered by 22.09.20 Never will order from them again!!!
