Greetings, i am honestly not happy at the moment, it's been over a year since i have been trying to cancel the Green bags and i am not winning, the last attempt was early December 2020 at a branch in Brits and i still continue to lose R24 every month, that's R288 per annum and i am benefiting zero from them, all the problems started when i changed my gold cheque account from an earlier experience of cyber fraud that was exceptionally dealt with, my american express card that i was using to accumulate the green bags was linked to the card that i discontinued to use hence i cancelled the service of green bags too since it was now becoming elephant to me because i only replaced one card, the gold cheque card only.. if i may ask do you honestly need over 180 working days just to cancel a service that doesn't for a client anymore? just earlier this week i called your 0800111555 number again to try cancellation, went through the verification processes and i was convinced that this time around finally the sore chapter was closed but then i was lying to myself, on the 20th another R24 was debited, what first needs to happen before i am taken serious about my need to discontinue the green bags? Kindly pay back my R144 (R24 X6) of the unwarranted fees dating back from the last time i was at a branch, its honestly discouraging.

hello Finrite, kindly use Paxi from the nearest Pep store and invoice me for that, I will pay for the service or provide me with your physical address wherever you are within the boundaries of SA and I will gladly come in person to do the collection because this waybill Soapie story is really depressing, I can't plan around what looks like it doesn't exist since it looks like its a norm that people wait for months for the waybill with no explanation as to why should it be months. I don't wanna lie on other areas of the administration yes you are excellent and have people with the necessary skills and attitude but this waybill soapie opera is undoing all the good work your experienced consultants are doing, kindly see if you cant make a provision for PEP paxi and I will pay for it, the waiting is killing my spirit and destroying my career. Hello Finrite, kindly respond to the emails we are sending you. I made a claim and supplied all the information needed on Monday, ever since then the communication is dead, I since received the text that the assessment of my claim will be made within 48 hours and the other text of an extra charge effective from month end September and that was it, I never heard from you ever again since, tried to reach out twice with emails and there's no response. I am in the dark and needs way forward with timeline, my career depends on communication hence the need of an effective communication that will be the determining factor that should I make alternatives or not since I honestly cannot afford to go weeks without communication let alone months like many of the reviews suggests that things take forever to be processed.
