Spam SMS after porting out

Issue cancelling services
I have send an email on 14 Jan asking that you cancel the weekender plan on my line. This has not been done and since then, my weekender plan was actually "upgraded" to a more expensive plan. I would like this to be cancelled and my account to be refunded.0 replies
