You are spamming me with calls and I cannot opt out. The option under "Product & Service Communication" is greyed out, I am unable to opt out.
Spam calls where I never opted in. Waste of time.

The consultant, Darien Sigamoney, was very helpfull. I do however think the comapny as a whole should be avoided.

Device has been delivered on 29Nov. Issue regarding slow and unstable issues logged on 30Nov. No feedback at all from Rain.
I have send an email on 14 Jan asking that you cancel the weekender plan on my line. This has not been done and since then, my weekender plan was actually "upgraded" to a more expensive plan. I would like this to be cancelled and my account to be refunded.
