I have a feeling that someone is using our account to purchase goods online, yes sometimes I forget to log out of my online account but that doesn't mean it gives your staff the right to use our account. We pay over R2000 every month yet this account balance doesn't come down. Yesterday it said I could buy for R5577, this morning it says R4400, yet I haven't purchased anything. I would appreciate it if management can look into this problem that I have.

I went to see the doctor on the 4th of August and blood was taken and I was on a drip, felt better after that, nice experience from doctor and Lancet nurse. Two weeks down the line I had to go in personally to get my bills results turns out I am diabetic. What a struggle to just get your results, called on the 11th of August for my results I was told the doctor will call me back, he never did, called his private practise as he is only in on a Monday and Tuesday at Ackermed. No results to say the 18th spoke to the receptionist Michaela who was very rude and told us we must just wait for the doctor, called for an hour hence me having to personally go there just for results. I am very disappointed and appalled by the service I received here. Mind you I paid cash not used a medical aid, so after spending a R1000 without medication this is not the kind of service I expected, next time I would rather go to a government facility where I would expect such treatment.
Wimpy Bedford Centre I had a toasted chicken mayo there yesterday, one bite and I almost vomit. The food tasted sour and as a result of that I ended up being sick. I have been going there for years and your service goes bad as time goes by. When I told the waiter she apologized but laughing at the same time. It's not funny to give customers rotten food that makes them sick. But when you don't give them a tip they want to get angry.
Nedbank Bedford Centre your staff are very unprofessional. I went to your branch yesterday and the lady (with the broken leg,) at the front firstly didn't have the decency to greet me. When I explained to her that the proof of account has the wrong account number, she says toe why do you select the wrong account number when I didn't print it one of your staff did it fore at the self help machine. I wasn't asked for which account in wanted it. She then says sit down I am still busy with some one else. I am a customer for many years and it's the first time I experience such horrible customer service. I also wanted to change my in contact number, I ended up just leaving because I didn't appreciate being treated like that. I am seriously thinking of closing my account and banking elsewhere.
I would like to commend the staff at Bedford for their friendliness, helpfulness and excellent service. It is always a pleasure shopping at this store. Thank you Bedford Truworths staff.
I want a manager or supervisor to call me urgently, I am tired of dealing with your *********** call centre agents. My number 0603439971. The contract went from 4 years to 5 years and when I did an early cancellation, they gave me another story. What must one do to stop getting **********. Vodacom you are the worth network I have ever had a contract with I will rather stick with MTN for ever
I went to Nedbank Bedford Gardens and experienced the most horrific customer experience. They couldn't check if my card was delivered there as I couldn't show them an SMS as my phone was ******. They couldn't help me do a reversal on my account as I had to call the call centre. After being a customer for over 29 years I have decided to close my account. Your staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly. They need customer service training. It doesn't matter if I walked in there at 3:45pm the branch closes at 4:00pm. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and unprofessional as Nedbank staff never behaved this way hence me banking there over 20 years
My husband has been paying his account every month and we keep getting calls that we are behind on our payment. Yet it's 6 months to pay and also we have returned merchandise worth R1600. Total amount owing R3900 payment due R2100. I asked for a detailed statement and they not sending me one.
I have 3 contracts with MTN, 2 mobile phones and 1 SIM for data. The past 2 months my data seems to be depleted way before it gets loaded on the 12th. I have this SIM for more then 2 years and it never depleted before it loaded again. I always had data left way before it got loaded. Since I took out a contract 2 months ago this has been happening. When I enquire in store they tell me many customers are complaining about it. I think I would rather just cancel that contract and look elsewhere.
