Bad After Care services
I got brand new stove from Zero Appliances on the 08/12/2023, the oven does not work , i have been calling , whatsapping and emailing them trying to sort my problem , the person dealing with the whatsapp advise they will get back to us last week already still no assistance has been received,

Charged for Monthly serivces because their app are not working
I had resolving Facility with FNB for month trying to close it with no success , Finally managed to get hold someone over the phone , then the employee of FNB encourage me to put complain in with Helo Peter the ombisman and also fnb complain which i now shall do , FNB also charged me for monthly services fee which i have to pay for because their app are not working, now i had to pay for getting horrible services

Rude customer care
Had a driver showing up at my house with a delivery he tooted the like a person possesses, asked him why he is tooting so badly and he immediately had a personality fail, he then told me my proof of residence is not good for him and he will not accept it , tried calling the ram offices to report the problem and the phone was dropped in my ear will never use ram again for sure rude people dealing with clients

R250.00 charge for R15.99 and R21.99 bill what the heck FNB
FNB making promises but cant even give proper feedback , for 2 transactions one for R15.99 and on for R21.99 they feel its fair for them to bill me R250.00 how do you justify R250.00 for a simple R15.99 and R21.99 i called i and was told o its management discussion, at this point i was on the phone already with them for 11min which i am not allowed to bill them for but they can bill me R250.00 , i ask to speak to the management who made the discussion to bill me R250.00 i was then told o no you cant speak to that manager !!!!!!!!!! what the heck FNB

GAME/RCS USELESS --------000000000000 points
Really *** useless does not even explain this game in one word . last month phoned to change my debit order date from the 30th of the month to the 25th of the month , then they just cancelled my debit order cause clear dont know how to change a simply thing like a debit order date (I have been with them for 5years + FYI) when i got the details did not go off i phoned them asked what happend just to be told no sorry the debit order was cancelled explain the story got this nice bull story about how sorry they are and i will be taken off ITC as it was done in error and they are so sorry (I got declined for a home loan because not im missing payments but them not being able to do the job) then again i got sms and email saying i owe the money again i phoned in asking please take the debit order now im being told i dont have a debit order again i phoned spoke to a Mandy who told me o she cant help me cause im upset then i asked to speak to a manager just to be transfered to a mining team leader i asked again for a manager and was laughed and then told have i spoken to a team leader before i said yes he said no you did not (Still at this point my ID or account number was not given so he did not even know who i was ) then all managers are in a meeting they will call me back lets see what useless will call me back if

CARTRACK cant even track a phone call
What a Joke , and my insurance company are referring them as a reconsidered tracing company hahahaha its a joke Cartrack cant even track a phone call never mind my car, tried to just get a QTE and a beam sorted for my car for the past week hahahaha up to date still no one can help me , spend about R100 on airtime trying to phone them speaking to one untraceable agent after the other no one know what the hell is going on , OMG im so over this company and the sad part im not even a client yet hahahaha sure i dont want them if getting just information from them in order to become a client is so hard can you image what will happen if i need assistance with my Car

Before even getting the QTE Flashbay
Before even getting the QTE I requested , getting a phone call being told rather to email them then requested QTE online like really why do you have the option then of requesting a QTE????????????????????? then im being told well I did mail it to you and if you don't get it you can mail me ?? now that's the way to get me to buy from you
