bolt I have a review about Bolt SA in vanderbijlpark a driver who was so rude and unprofessional. Total bad behavior from him this morning while traveling with my son. He wasted my time while he stopped and had his car sprayed with water. Then as I complained to let him know what he is doing is wrong... He continued to wait and waste even more of my time. Then he threatened to take me back to where he His name is Lawrence driving a white Suzuki and Tally who canceled my ride because of the discount . These drivers treat us like rubbish, just because the Bolt app gave me a discount and they disrespect us in front of our kids. is painful as we do this to also support these drivers. This is unacceptable from Bolt

Thank you to the owner of Wimpy Vaal Mall, Gert for stepping up after one of his employees really gave me bad service. I was so angry. But he stepped up. Thank you Gert.
Poor Service from a waitress named Fortunate. She is rude , disrespectful. First, she gets my order wrong. I won't complain about that. But then she makes her mistake my problem by telling her mistake will cost her R60. Which she doesn't have ...she tells with an attitude...n being rude to me. Like I need to give her the R60. Wimpy vaal mall disappointed at the service. Disrespect. Fortunate is rude and should not be serving people.
The service is poor, at the drive through and the teller doesn't even greet. Disgusting service
The poor service from Debonairs at Vaalmall. This is disgusting and can not be tolerated. I tolerated it the first time. I ordered pizza at 18:15 and only at 22:00 they want to bring. After I called the store at 20:30 at which i spoke to a white gentle man who decided since im black they nees to lie to me and said the pizza will be there in 15 mins. Which it wasnt...and at 20:45 i called it. The manager didn't call me. Further more it is a joke to Debonairs as they resolved the issue without even talking to me. So since I am just a tiny clientele in the pool. I'm a done with Debonairs. I hate it at this point and every consultant who touched my case but dosny bother to even to try n resolve it.
