I have had a terrible experience living here, from the poor management to the house break-ins to even having no hot water and still receiving a high bill that cannot be explained i went from paying R6300 to now paying R7300 and when asked why i was told its gas , yet a shower can only last atleast 6mins before the water turns cold, the bin area is constantly dirty and smelling and the rats are so big they even greet us . Kids have no play area away from people's doors or windows. and then when your lease is ending they convenietly sugar coat a nice offer to make you stay , either offering no sewage and effluent costs or R1k cash back , what is sad is that they can do all this to keep a tenant instead of actually hearing us out and making our stay better , the gym equipment is broken , there is 1 treadmill for over 1k people to use , laundromat machines are always dirty with residue powder so your clothes especially black come out with marks or stains on whites , recently there has been a series of ******* loitering outside the building and snatching peoples phones. i would not recommend even my enemy to stay here. working from home is a challenge because of the traffice on Corlett drive. the place is poorly maintained. noise and partying continues until 3am if not until the sun comes up . there is tooooo many issues here and i cannot wait to leave.
The lady named Reshika was so rude... She swore at me and called me names when I called on to complain... She then went on to say that I'm lying because she never gets complaints about her food and the. She blocked me... I am pregnant and ate food that is off and now I am sick...

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE DRIVER , HE HAS BEEN ON HIS WAY SINCE 22H00PM , I HAVE BEEN CALLING BUT NO ANSWER HE EVEN REJECTS MY CALLS ! I AM PREGANT AND HUNGRY AS I WORK NIGHTSHIFT WHAT WILL II EAT NOW ???????????????? THE DRIVER IS DELIGHT ON A MOTORBIKE REGISTRATION NUMBER IS CAA270988!!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND AND AN APOLOGY FROM UBER WHO CANNOT EVEN CANCEL THIS ORDER AS IS NOW ITS 11 PM AND HE IS STILL ON HIS WAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have recently found out that i have been handed over for a loan taken in 2011 , i then settled this loan in 2015 , i recently went to capitec bank in florida to query why this is not updated , i was helped by Kimon who said i would get a callback and feedback on the matter but a month later nothing happened i had to go back to the branch ,fast forward i then reached out to the branch manager who is named Relebogile , at first she was pleasant and made a promise to get her boss notified about this and that she will ensure its dealt with , its been almost 3 weeks and still no contact has been made , today i call the branch frustrated because when i called last week i ws told she is busy with css and cant take the loan , now today when i call she says the sytems have been offline , then i express my disappointment in her sense if urgency regarding this matter and she starts yelling at me telling me im blaming her , why take responsibility and assure me as a client that you would sort this out ?????? and now when i ask for an update im being told that i must now contact the debt collectors for a paid up letter , why not say that the first time round ????????????????????????????? CAPITEC STAFF IN FLORIDA GOLDMAN ARE PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the 22nd of October i bought a meal (mutton biriyani) the meal was soggy and the rice was overcooked literally porridge , i had tried laying numerous complaints to get a refund but couldn't I then reached out to a gentleman by the name of Alex who is said to be the manager , upon sending him the evidence that the meal was just horrible and not to pleasing to my appetite, after a day or 2 he replied and said that they would be happy to assist with a voucher, i then requested for the voucher or meal as promised only to be told that i have to collect the meal myself , WHY ?????? when i paid delivery in that horrible order i received . now when i am disputing this and want my money back I am being told that head office wont allow ??????????? why do people not deliver the level of service that people pay for , at the end of the day i paid for that meal , and it was not worth eating , curry up is really losing its touch and this is not the first time that i am complaining about their food they need to do better , BREYANI IS AN AUTHENTIC INDIAN DISH THAT IS COOKED TO PERFECTION , I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE AN INDIAN RESTRAURANT THAT FAILS TO COOK INDIAN dishes.
FROM BEING IN IN AN ACCIDENT WITH A UBER , TO HAVING BEING CHARGED FOR TRIPS I DIDN’T TAKE AND THEN BEING TOLD I CANCELED WHEN IT WAS THE DRIVER , I HAVE INCURRED MEDICAL BILLS AND UBER HAS NOT REACHED OUT CONCERNING THEM INSTEADI GET A CALL FROM A LADY TELLING ME I WIL BE REFUNDED FOR THE TRIP WHICH NEVER HAPPENED EITHER , I HAVE NUMEROUS MESSAGES ON TWITTER AND POSTS EXPRRESSING MY IUTRGAE AT THIS PUTRID LEVEL OF SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! NO EMPATHY OR GUMPTION TO EVEN GO THE EXTRA MILE, WORSE PART IS THE DRIVER HAD CLAIMED ROM HIS INSURANCE BUT SAYS HE FORGOT TO MENTION HE HAD A PASSENGER!!!!!!! THE GORE! NOW I HAVE A BACK INJURY WHICH REQUIRES ME TO ATTEND PHYSIO THERAPY TWICE A WEEK !!
I ordered a chicken bunny this evening and i was not only disgusted but completely disappointed ,the bread was soggy soggy soggy , the potatoes were so white it looked like they were boiled and thrown into the pot , it didn't even come with a small portion of carrot salad, like most Indian restaurants would serve or as a bunny would be served in Durban , I'm just upset that i paid R87 for wet soggy bread .there was no pride or compassion put into my meal and after a long day al i wanted was to enjoy a meal that reminded me of home..I REALLY DID NOT ENJOY MY MEAL
