Extremely bad service from all the staff I have dealt with. I am now told to pay to get my clearance certificate
I am beyond angry and disappointed. I settled my account ages ago but I keep being harassed by your debt collections company National Debt Connection in every way possible and they're now threatening me with a summon. I need this sorted asap and please make sure it doesn't mess with my credit score
I am having the worst experience with standard bank. I find myself having to call their call centre a million times while I get put on hold for long while they try and reach the lady that messed up my account... I have never received such appalling service with standard bank ever. It was definitely a mistake opening an investment account with you!!!
My registration was finalized on the 26th of January, received email to update my banking details on the 3rd of March which I didn't need to change cause they are still the same anyway, and my Nsfas status is "registration received" ... My fee's have not been cleared on my statement and I have not received any remittance advice for my allowances to be paid. A quarter of the students where paid yesterday and I have been writing emails since last week to your financial department with no response. I have sent a DM on your Facebook page still no response and when I called your call centre yesterday a lady that sounded unwilling to assist me just said my funds have been processed and she doesn't know when they will reflect and she dropped the line. I need my allowances paid ASAP as I am struggling with prescribed books as well as a financial calculator which cost R600 odd...
I have just gotten off a call with 1 of their agents regarding my bill which I last paid on the 26th of February and today I received an sms stating I need to make payment my account is overdue. The gentleman who assisted me refused to listen to what I was saying and when I requested to speak to a TL he gave me the run around until he said I should hold the line... He must have forgotten to put me on hold or mute cause he started explaining my query to people besides him and them laughing. The 1 lady said he should just drop the line while others gave more appalling advice and they started making vile remarks about me and my query... I ended up dropping the line on my end after waiting more than 10 minutes for the agent to get back to me. This is not the first or second time having issues with rain. Extremely appalling service!!! Have no network coverage for the past 3 weeks. Their call centre agents are dropping calls if they are not putting you on hold while chatting to their peers.
Very disgusted and disappointed. Your call centre agents as well as their Team Leaders are a nightmare to deal with... I am still waiting for a call back plus a technician to come look at my router. I have not had any signal for the past 2 weeks yet you debited my account... I want my money back and this useless service canceled asap
I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I went to buy lunch @spar the boulevard in Woodstock during my lunch and my lunch time ended while in the store being disrespected by the guy in the griler side. Called the manager and the guy gave the same attitude and all the manager said was "he will speak to him" their service is disgusting and extremely poor. I even requested a refund but my time wasted in that store will never be returned.
This has to be the worst 8 business days of our lives... My fiance and myself called FNBs loan department on the 19/04/2019 in their Kenilworth branch as instructed by the branch consultants. They had taken funds from my partners account which the advisor said it would be returned in 5 business days excluding the Easter holiday. Fine we waited and this week Monday he calls again as nothing has been refunded till this point and the call center agent advises that it would be in as of yesterday and till this morning nothing has been refunded... Now mind you they have not communicated in any manner and today I am due to give birth and we still need to do some final baby shopping and FNB is still holding onto our money. This is really bad service
