I am appalled by the Leroy Merlin service I have received. First they do not deliver an order and cancel the order after it should have been delivered. Then they call to inform me about the cancellation and make a promise to pay me back the same day so I can buy the tock at a different place. I have received 8 email of the promised refund and cancelation but have not received the money. When I call them 4 days later to only tell me the person handling it did not initiate it on the system and it will take 10 days to get the money back. Then calling the duty manager I get told that I can go to a branch to get a voucher. Do es Leroy Merlin understand the concept of online shopping. Online shopping is for those that want to save the time to go out and collect what they need TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY. I ordered online products to be delivered. They did not deliver on their part and now they want to punish and inconvenience me more by asking me to SPEND THE TIME AND FUEL(MONEY) to go and collect the money they didn’t deliver on at a Leroy Merlin branch.
I used Makro online service 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times (66%) I had problems with delivery. I ordered a product Monday morning. Wednesday I received a SMS Your Makro order has been handed to our courier partner. Look out for an SMS from them on the day of delivery. Since then no delivery, no communication, no tracking info. My 1st order was delivered 2 the wrong product 3 weeks late and now again missing order. Unhelpful when you call or email the support contact. They immediately accept your money but do not deliver on their side of the sale. I have struggled for 3 days trying to find out whats happening, but now response.
I ordered and paid for products online. I received confirmation of sale and update on the progress on the products to be delivered. It was so-posed to come in 3 parts. I received the first two parts. The progress update on Tuesday said it was handed to the courier. On Friday I receive a call to tell me they don't have stock. Unreliable and lies to customers.
There is a reason why Incredible Connection is called names like Incredible Corruption en many more incredibly bad names. I bought an item online and chose the click and pick up instore option. I Ordered and paid 11am and went to pick up 3pm just to find out that THE ONLINE department can not connect and send an invoice to the branch. I waited 90 minutes to drive back home without my product. Useless service.
Horrible after service. First they miss advertise a product on their website. I bought the product to find a total different product than advertised. I went in store, emailed but up to date no help.
Caribbean Estates do nat value their customers at all. Managment has a total disregard for their guests. They do very load construction repairs while you want to rest, with no warning. When reporting the matter, they do not respond or contact you. They do not value their customers that pay and travel from far, that want to rest at all.
I meticulously went through the hundreds of replacement chargers on their website. I choose the right one for my computer. They sent me the wrong charger. I immediately logged a return. They have one process for all kind of returns and do not differentiate between customers mistake and your company mistake. My case is a simple case of Takealot messed up. It took 2 days for Request return and Eligibility check then 3 days to pick up there mistake, then 3 days to inspect return before they decide what to do. At First stage already they knew you were in the wrong and should have IMMEDIATELY sent the correct product as ordered (collecting your mistake and delivering at the same time to SAVE TIME. Now I have to go through a lengthy process that is standard for all returns. I tried to call. No customer service number on the web. Sent many emails without prevail. The CO has a “Customer smile guarantee” Takealot are only looking for the intrest of the Company first and foremost and if the customer have a smile it is an added bonus. This is why you have bad customers service. Secondly: The product I ordered is correctly printed on the box they sent me. The problem is that the product inside do not match their product description. That means that ythey are either selling cheap ripoff imitations with even the wrong specifications or their staff are incompetent placing the wrong product in the wrong boxes.
