Bought my wife a Hisense E32 Pro from Ackermans and she's been having a constant problem. Every time she tries to charge it to about 90% the phone switches off and stays off for about 2 to 3 days before it comes back on.
Quite disappointed in them today. I deposited money and waged it on two games. There was also a bonus involved. I won the bet and they won't give the money that I got from the deposited money. I understand that the money won from the bonus is restricted but restricting my own money that I won from the money I deposited is absurd. Horrible.
Poor customer service. They're supposed to give me a free bet (as promised) and have been asking them about it for long without result. Bad.
I have had a few rides with Bolt. Thus far don't have any issues. Always cheaper than its competitors and a few minutes away. However, twice I have requested rides to a certain destination and they have not dropped me at the correct location. On the map it says the should drive via a certain road but in reality there is no access and this has resulted in them dropping me at the wrong destination. Drivers are friendly and respected so far and I have had easy rides.
Not all the buttons for the aircon on my NP200 were working. Nissan SA did not want to pay before inspecting the part as I had claimed it from my warranty. I had to pay for the part, but the wrong part was ordered / delivered. I then took my bakkie in again and when they finally installed the part it was still defective and my aircon was now only pushing out hot air :( (very uncomfortable). I am very disappointed and even regret taking my bakkie there.
