5 Orions service was excellent my matter was complex and i didnt have all the documentation that was needed at the traffic department to resolve the case
5 Orions service was excellent my matter was complex and i didnt have all the documentation that was needed at the traffic department to resolve the case. But Orion, pushed and motivated why my.matter should be heard and resolved. Eventually with the least documents i have the matter was resolved in my favour.

Excellent Customer Service
My name is Ayanda a long serving client of Cellc. I would to commend the excellent service that i received from Naledi Bojabotseha a customer care agent. I wanted to do Simswop and noone could assist me at Cellc and i kept on phoning but all the other agents were impatient. Until i get Naledi on the phone,if im correct i was phining for the 3rd time and you could imagine how frustrated i was. Naledi was so helpful, had patience, kind and very friendly with me. I have managed to do the Simswop after so much struggle. We need people like Naledi as customer care agents who got people skills and empathy. Thank you sis for your lovely personality and you served me with a smile( i could feel your smile miles away). Keep on doing the great job. You have a beautiful soul and beautiful smile.

Gioanni Nomdo of Laas & Scholtz Attorneys in Durbanville Cape Town. His my lawyer,what an amazing person, kind hearted.His feisty and fearless but yet very cool and calm you wont see him coming but he will sting you. His efficient in his work and knowlegdeble. He pays attention to detail His a good listner and very proffessional His compassionate and shows empathy . His very intelligent,smart and brave he knows what his doing. Laas & Scholtz Attorneys the company is very neat, has a professional image. From the front desk to the baordroom the space is stunning. Thank you for the amazing image. When i walk into the building i feel like i am a princess. The image itself is so welcoming and you immediately know you will get the best service. Excellent customer service
I would like to thank Mokgadi Koolo from Momentum short term insurance claims department for an excellent service. Mokgadi has been humble, patient and pay attention to detail when she was dealing with my claim. She was able to explain to me until i am clear. When she couldnt3 get hold of me she kept on phoning until she reached me. Never irritable or annoyed when i want to be clear on something. We want people like you Mokgadi in this industry who values the customer and understand we are important and dont understand the insurance language. Excellent Service
i have recently bought a swimming pool cover from Power Plastic Pool Covers from Ottery branch in cape town. I want to commend Powerplastc for the excellent service. they go an extra mile, deliver on time, update you on the progress of your tailor made swimming pool cover. as a mother of a toddler, I have sleepless nights and nightmares of seeing my lifeless toddler's body floating . but all that has changed since Power plastic has installed the cover. it is very safe, very tight I could walk on it without any fear. anyone who wants peace of mind contact Power plastics pool covers in Ottery. thank you to Walton van der Heever and Power Plastic team for such an excellent service. my toddler can play outside without any fear of drowning. big ups guys. Awesome experince with Momentum Short term insurance
My experience with Momentum Short Term Insurance was excellent. From the beginning to the end of my claim. It was hassle free. They paid off the claim. The consultants were amazing and awesome Wandile Mahlangu (Claims department)and Patrick Chabalala( Customer service). I can recommend Momentum to my friends and family. They are very affordable. I have insured 2 cars with less than R2000 premium a month. and I claimed within a month of joining them. No questioned asked , my previous time with my insurances counted. They kept their promise that they deliver an awesome service. big ups to Momentum. I have no regret to change from my old insurance to Momentum
