Sent my cancellation request in November providing my calendar month notice to cancel policy. No response and come Jan they debited me. Now they owe me money, very poor service
Monte casino movie website deserves this criticism. It’s the worst website I have ever used, almost everyone I try and book it is down and gives errors.
I can see here how bad vumatel is. Because they have a monopoly, like Telkom, they think they can treat customers like ****. I have had no internet for 3 days now, and I have to log the incident with my isp (axxess) who say it’s a vumatel issue. They don’t respond, they don’t call.
The worst IT availability when it comes to booking movies online. Always offline during peak time, I.e during weekends or holidays.
The most ********* business in SA. Always spam or wasps and you don’t know where they come from. Had a new MTN 3G card and only spam calls. Worst was to come, bought my father a new sim and boom, a pensioner, his airtime keeps disappearing. He does not use internet and sms, phone is a basic one, so how does this ********* awful company recycle these numbers.will never use them, rather stick to vodacom
So i have bought many Sim cards within my lifetime.<br> But the recent one i bought from Vodacom store in Rosebank.<br> The Sim card is attached to another card and taped to the Vodacom manual. So whose idea was it insert the tape on top of the sim card. Seriously, such a daft design.<br> As soon as i take the sim out, it is full of glue and then gets stuck in the phone as well as it does not work.<br> I had to wait a day for the glue to dry, thereafter the sim card barely fits in and only then does the phone pick up the card.<br> Futhermore, i asked the store about this and they were rude stating its always been like that.<br>
This Complaint serves as proof that this golf booking is not honoured and must be cancelled, as i have instructed my bank to cancel the transaction.<br> I made a booking on 14 Dec 15 around 10AM for Blue Valley Golf Course for the 17 Dec. The transaction went through but is in Authorisation mode, hence the booking was tentative.<br> I phoned about 20 times, their lines don't work. The one time i did get through, the lady said she will sort it out but never did. I phoned another 20 times - still nothing.<br> I left a message on their website, 24 hours later no response. I tried again, their useless website says i can only leave 1 message at a time.<br> Tried to check their email address on the website, Error.<br> Now registered for twitter and left them a tweet.<br> I am sick and tired of this and from my side, Lastminutegolf did not honour my transaction, hence it is cancelled. I have instructed my bank to cancel the transaction, this serves as proof as there is no other means of communication that works.<br> Never again will i use them, never.
Extremely poor Online store - the worst i have seen.<br> 1. Extremely slow - though i expected this as it was Cyber Monday<br> 2. Cannot register<br> 3. Worst of all - keeps losing my trolley and logging me into someone else's account. When i sign out, it logs me into another persons account and so on.
So i stopped buying Fried Chicken due to their Fattiness and Oil, but that's another story.<br> I still however try their burgers once in awhile. Here is my last 3 attempts THIS Year:<br> KFC Bryanston - order snack burgers - went home, received a burger and a bun - no mayo and lettuce.<br> KFC Woodmead - tried chicken strips for the first time - went home and the strips were like rubber.<br> KFC Northriding - ordered 2 Zinger burgers - went home and see that both are Colonel burgers.<br> So the entire KFC franchise are Pathetic when it comes to Quality of Food and Taking orders.<br> Fortunately i don't buy from there anymore.
I receive my account via Post. For the last few months i have not received any post which includes the magazine - lets blame the SAPO. <br> In order to check what i owe, I logon to their portal and check my statements.<br> Guess what, at almost the same time they stop sending mails, they have changed their portals.<br> And they never migrate the old stuff to the new portal which meant I had to re-register from scratch and never had the info required to re-register.<br> First of all, how can you build a new portal and not migrate, the least you could have done is kept the old portal open for a few months so that people can migrate themselves.<br> Second of all, i entered my details and its say i am in arrears. Yes I did Pay, but i don't know what my installment is. So now i am slightly behind on a payment for the first time in my credit history and I GET A BAD NAME.<br> Thirdly, because i am in Arrears, it does not link the accounts - HOW MUST I KNOW HOW MUCH I OWE IF THEY DON'T LINK THE ACCOUNTS.<br> No worries as i will pay until i close and that's that.<br>
